It's 10pm and of course the lobby is closed and the line is around the building. I've been sitting in the line for over 30 minutes. When I get ready to place my order they say they are out of all doughnuts except for chocolate. What kind of mess is that on a Saturday night and they don't close for another hour? I'm very disappointed in this location. Coming to this location was a waste of my time.

We waited 45 minutes in the drive thru due to the lobby being closed. We weren’t in a rush so we didn’t mind waiting. However, once we got to the window they only had ONE assorted doughnut option out of the six we had mobile ordered. They refunded us but we were really disappointed. If you don’t have a product available then don’t have it available to order on your app. Then to add insult to injury the lobby was OPEN by the time we rolled out of the drive thru. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Update: I would not go to this Krispy Kreme when they’re really busy as the employees can be a little on the rude side when they’re really busy. I also would not place a mobile order with them as you never know if they’ll have what you ordered in stock or not. My husband and I did an online order then picked it up. The really nice lady gave each of us a hot of the line glazed donut which was so good. The donuts we ordered online and took home were really good too.

Wanted to go in to place my order and the lobby was CLOSED in the middle of the afternoon. Drive thru line was completely around the building. Absolutely pitiful at the workforce that are hired to work. Seems nobody wants to put forth a little effort so customers can have a good experience and come back!!! Now for some unknown reason they decide to open up the lobby. Figure someone has to work a little harder to get orders out. Will think before I come up here to get donuts.

NEVER EVER COME HERE.
When I came in there was no one at the counter. Took a while for someone to come and when the supervisor (tall curly haired girl) saw me she turned around and walked away. Walking around looking at me yet ignoring me. Then this guy who doesn't speak any English took my order. He OVERCHARGED ME because he rang up all of my donuts seperately. Then tried to put a bandaid on It by giving me my coffee for free. I ordered the peppermint patty iced coffee. He put ice in a plastic cup then poured HOT coffee on it and then didn't even put the peppermint liquid inside. Then he had the audacity to have an attitude with me because I asked him to do the coffee over. The coffee was FILLED with grounds so much that I had to chew a mouthful of them. The coffee was watery and hot. He refused to get me a manager. This place is TERRIBLE. it's recently gone down hill and looks like it'll never make a comeback.

They were out of bottled water to sell so I asked for a cup of water. Cashier said he was not allowed to give out cups so I asked to talk with a manager. Manager also said he could not give us, nor even sell us, a cup to fill with water even though he acknowledged that they were out of bottled water. When asked how I could get water for my thirsty six year old and three year old, it was suggested that I walk across the street with them to the gas station! Seriously? I can’t have a paper cup?
