When I asked for speciality latte, the guy gave me regular coffee with flavoured syrups. I did go and mentioned about the wrong coffee I got and he answered rudely and didn’t exchange

I don't even know where to begin. I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I got there, my order wasn’t even prepared yet. The girl at the desk was rude and completely unfriendly—didn't even apologize or offer any explanation. The service was awful, and it felt like they just didn’t care. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Krispy Kreme needs to seriously step up their game.

My sister and I took my 4 year old nephew here today to get a doughnut. It was his very first time in there and as any child would be, he was extremely excited to see the doughnuts being made. Because he of course isn’t tall- he had to sit on the table to see the doughnuts. Before I could tell him to get down, an employee came out from the back -out of nowhere- and decided the best customer service approach was to yell at him and my sister… I don’t mean a slight raise of voice, I mean a full on blown yell. Rude as hell. I’m not sure what kind of training this company gives its employees but I will be sure to report it back to corporate. Such a disappointment. He was so excited and by the time he left he was crying.

Almost every time I order donuts from here, they cancel the order. They won’t even answer the phone either to let you know. They’ll just turn your door dash driver away and say that they cancelled your order but that is a lie. This place is awful. Don’t buy donuts from here. You will be disappointed every time.

Went there today. Completely out of all the main items. No regular glazed, no chocolate glazed and no strawberry glazed. Neither me or the seven people I came with. Out of what we went for. No sign with this information ahead of time or anything. Waste of time. None of us will be returning.

This particular store in Raleigh has really gone down hill. I ordered through their app a week ago for donuts to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I tripled checked date and time. A few minutes later I get a message the donuts were being delivered that day. No worries I called store per the App request. Guy who answered was very rude and told me to call DoorDash. I said I didn’t order thru DoorDash. I order thru your company. He then said it would take him over 15 min to login to look for Order and by then food will have been picked up and then “it’s too late.” I asked him to cancel order and he said he couldn’t do that either. Mind you the driver wasn’t even there yet. I never got any food and was charged over $50. Today on Valentine’s Day I order first thing this morning for delivery. Surely they can’t screw me again right? WRONG. Not only did it take them over an hour to get food ready but they made that poor driver wait 45 min. No problem. At least my wife is getting her order right? WRONG. They gave inaccurate wrong order to driver and nothing even remotely close I lowered was delivered. Now I’m out another $65. Oh I filled out their survey for the first thing 2 weeks ago and asked for a call back. They have called each of you as much as they’ve called me. So complaining today won’t do any good either. It’s a real shame cuz this place use to be good. I’ll order Krispy Kreme again but never from this location. Buyer beware.
Parking: Small parking in middle of town. Drive thru is a nightmare that goes over uneven cement to a dark as hell place in back.

Do yourself a favor and never order online for this location. I promise you will regret it.
A list of today’s issues:
- I ordered a custom box of donuts, paying an upcharge of .40 each for nine different donuts. They were out of 7 of the donuts I ordered and replaced them with random, mostly regular priced donuts, which I didn’t notice until I got home.
- I redeemed rewards for a pack of glazed donut holes…which they also did not have. The employee seemed surprised that I wasn’t willing to just drive off without a replacement.
- the third item ordered was a specialty latte for $4.49. Guess what? They didn’t have that either. I was told they could give me a regular hot coffee as that was pretty much all they had. So I received a cheap coffee in place of the expensive drink I ordered.
All in all, I received about 1/3 of what I ordered and paid for and the rest was substituted with much cheaper and subpar items. And none of the donuts even tasted fresh today either!
I would love to have my money back for this entire order. What a waste of time and money!

Donuts were fresh and HOT!! Customer service was great. They were out of the raspberry filling. Parking lot was not well lit, that was my only concern in the area.

Ordered 2 dozen of donuts from them and I sent my husband to pick it up. They forgot to give him 1 dozen and when I call to complain, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I went back to the store to get my missing donuts and the people that work there seem like they don’t want to be there. They just stare at you, don’t even say hello or ask what do you need. They really need to work on their customer service.

We love krispy crème doughnuts and usually eat there 3 times a month after super before we head back to Clayton. Normally around 7-7:30. My issue is the employee service. The young lady this past Friday was mumbling so low at the register I could barely hear her (my wife couldn’t). The young man never speaks, yet we greet them all the time . I had to get up and get a napkin and was SHOCKED to see them in the corner laughing and cutting up. The young lady was the loudest one😳This group is normally there every Friday evening. Just no personalities with customers.
Just not very good really average I've had better donuts from a grocery store.

The main store is never open. They only offer drive through. The hardly ever have anything other than just plain glazed and the customer service is short spoken and rude.
