The rudest employees every. They were yelling at customers and at each other. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store or treated this way. Super unorganized. My order was at 7:30 but was not ready until 8 pm or so.

Lazy workers walk in circles instead of doing their job
Krispy Kreme is our favorite doughnut. We visited at about 9 am on a Saturday and I guess because they had no staff it was drive-through only. Very long line and after 30 minutes with little progress we gave up. I think we were just unlucky on this particular day.

Took a friend from out of town here and we got the best customer service! The donuts were fresh and my friend purchased some souvenirs. I wouldn't mind stopping by again with the kids so they can see them made fresh.
