When I say their smoothies are so fresh and so good BELIEVE ME! Good place to start if you are like myself and trying to eat better. I personally recommend the evolution thank me later.
This place has really great fresh juice and smoothies and nice employees. We had a smoothie as well as the lifeblood and green machine juices and all were excellent. Definitely will go back.
Parking: This is a crowded shopping center with Harris Teeter so on weekends the parking is busy. You can find space but it does take a minute.

Absolutely love Kwench, the people and the product! Hands down best juices, smoothies or açaí bowls you’ll find in the Raleigh area. What they’re doing here with the ingredients they use, the care and love they put in to everything and how they treat every customer that walks through their doors- it’s exceptional!
