I just called to place a order and I assumed because I was a English speaker the lady that answered phone only spoke Spanish. The reason why is I asked for a fajitas (mixto) and she just said oh no!!! and then hung phone up!!! Clearly they only want to cater to the Spanish speaking not the English speaks..terrible service!!!!

Did you see this restaurant today, when I saw the menu, wao! Very colorful, a lot of variety of Colombian, Mexican, Peruvian, Salvadoran dishes, wow, and they serve a lot, and the girls are very friendly. BUT The Negative 3 stars because it takes a long time between courses and dishes and the food arrives cold at the table, the music is good but a little loud. I hope they improve bringing cold dishes to the table. Because the truth is that I would like to return for a banseja paisa. .

Honestly I keep giving these guys a try. I’m not going to lie the food is great, but the customer service is terrible. It’s seems that every time I call over the phone in order pick up upon arrival my food is either not ready or they “accidentally “ gave it to someone else, or they never received the order.So if you’re planning on calling to order for pickup just don’t do it, please it will save you the hassle.
