i ‘ve eaten here 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
first experience; 2 of the 3 orders were given wrong sides.
2nd experience; everything was perfect
3 rd experience; out of products for 2 of the items ordered. ordered a take out order, as well. the parisienne had one slice of ham, the side of ranch sauce wasn’t included and wasnt realized til i returned home.
we really enjoy your food, but attention to detail and communication needs some work. we will return with hopes that reviews are given serious consideration.

Very good location for amazing bakery with amazing service and good food. Great quality of food and drinks. My favorite is the Chai latte and any of their sweet desserts.
Service was horrendous. The restaurant was dirty and they were out of almost everything at lunch time on 11/6/25

I Should have read the reviews on this place before coming. This place is overpriced. This amount of food is definitely not worth $23
Way over priced. This is the saddest $10 meal I've ever seen. Not even a child would be full on this and this is supposed to be a bowl? Not worth the money or the headache. La Farm has seriously gone downhill since all their expansions.

Seems La Farm is the latest to combine “shrinkflation” with inflation. The scones are about half the size they used to be but are now $6+. Tiring of this phenomenon.

Atmosphere here is super cute and the customer service is good as well for resolving issues. Wasn’t very impressed with the long wait time and how the food comes out. We ordered a BLT and it had zero bacon on it; they just forgot about it. Luckily the woman at the counter was kind enough to get us a replacement sandwich. The food is way overpriced for what you get - we ordered the BLT & Tartine Diablo. The petite salad was all wilted and had gone bad on both plates.

Just got a $17 turkey sandwich that has no turkey on it. With liek 8 chips on thr side. This place is a joke. Avoid it.

Save your time and money, do not go. Bad food, even worse service. Went and got avocado toast. It was soggy and brown like it had been sitting out for hours. I asked for the side salad rather than fruit, they said that they couldn’t do that at 10:45am. Fine, but look at the picture of the fruit. Barely any at all and the melons look like someone had taken a bite first. The girl taking the order was rude and dismissive. They dot. Have WiFi which isn’t a huge deal but kind of odd for the type of place they are (people were doing work there, so everyone was on hot spots). Overall, a wasted $17.

I have enjoyed lafarm bakery in the past but my last visit I saw a roach crawling across the floor. I will not be eating here again. 🤢

their home fries are inedible. went in the trash after a few bites. taste weird like they were frozen - they probably were.

They just phone it in now. Products pre made off site now and are never fresh except the breads. All
Other items yesterday at best. At this price point it’s not worth it. It’s become the Panera of bakeries now. Staff here always indifferent and ambivalent
This so truly a joyless and mediocre experience. The expansion and investor class has worn it down.
Pass.

I've been to this location three times and have had a positive experience each time. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. I've had three different dishes (sandwiches, soup and a salad)-- the BLT was the only thing I ordered that I wasn't crazy about, but everything else was delicious.
I was surprised to see so many negative reviews, but I'm wondering if it took them some time to work out some kinks when they first opened. I'm sure expectations were high.

I was so happy to see that a La Farm was opened in Raleigh, and had been anxious to try the signature boule. I ordered a half, sliced. When I got it home and tried it the slices were wet and stuck together. Trying to dry it a bit I put a slice in the toaster. But aside from being wet there is a big hole in the slice and it got stuck in the toaster. I will not try bread from here again.
