Order 3 lunches from this place and almost 42.00 and get back and see the r ACP and for 11.00 this is what’s in the tin half a tin of rice and a few pieces of chicken with some Cheese dip then asked for a cup of hot sauce Togo and was told .75 cents but if I sit and eat in its free

The bad reviews kept us from trying this place for a long time but I’m glad we decided to ignore them! It’s a great casual spot, service was great, and all our meals were delicious.

The food was ok but the waiter was very cheap to serve us with salsa and I would never eat there in my life

I love this place!

What a great place! This is a family owned, family run business. The tacos de carne asada were amazing today. They work hard to serve you a meal that they are proud of.

Takeout order 22 tacos and 4 orders of fries for 92 dollars I got…
-12 skimpy and dry carne asada tacos.
-Ordered 5 chicken tacos - Never got them.
-Ended up with 10 flavorless beef tacos -only ordered 5.
-4 orders of cold stale fries.

Staff was nice.

Our waitress was great, the cashier is ALWAYS very rude. If she hates her job so much. Why does she work there?

This is our favorite place to come for comfort and close by food. We think the food is great, we’re from the Deep South so our taste in Mexican food is different than someone from another area. Always fast too!

I visited this place a few years ago but didn't write a review and promptly forgot about my experience. But after a recent visit it all came back up!

Why? I found the same Mexi-mush-meat inside my enchilada, burrito and rellano. Come on amigos how much more work can it be to cook the damn ground beef real time instead of spooning the overcooked grey mush out of a big pan that must sit simmering on the back of the stove all day long?

I suggest the cooks visit about any other Mexican restaurant in the triangle for an example of how this can be possible!

The food is just bland and overcooked. No flavor at all. The salsa is even watery. I won’t be returning which is a bummer because it’s in a great location.

this place is amazing. the servers and staff have always been super friendly and the foods always never let down. this place does not deserve so much negativity on the review page cause I basically go here every week and everything is so good.

The restaurant ambience is decent, the service is fine, but is let down by what comes out of the kitchen. I live nearby and I’m all about giving people multiple chances as we all have bad days, but in the 4 or 5 times I’ve tried this place over the years the food is consistently bad. I’m a fat guy who loves Mexican food and I’m desperate for a local place that has decent food and sadly Las Palmas always disappoints. I’ve included a picture of the chicken nuggets and fries that my daughter had, I get that this isn’t traditional Mexican but it’s impressive how far off the mark this dish was. My ACP was lackluster and was just watery queso and chicken without any rice. I hope they work on quality of the food because everything else about this place is solid but it’s let down significantly by what comes out of the kitchen.
