I called to place an order for pickup. The girl who answered was so busy talking over me and not listening she totally messed up the order. At one point I had to cut her off from talking over me and tell her I was trying to tell her what I wanted. My order was a simple order yet she still managed to get it wrong. Very disappointed as the food was for me and my son who have Covid and a friend was picking it up for us and we ended up not having what we ordered or could eat

Service is awful. Asked the staff what kind of fish they use for Tacos and her reply was, ‘fish’… I should have walked out right then and there.Clearly some updated training is needed. Will not be going back.

I ate lunch there today with my family and ordered a few dishes for lunch. I was quite shocked when the avocado still had the show on it while floating around in my soup. As far as the service the waiter could care less about serving us at our table certainly would spend the same amount of money elsewhere and get a better quality food and much better service do not recommend

I ordered a molcajete the food was cold it didn't come with tortillas I ordered a coke and it tasted like Pepsi and it didn't have napkins the food was very cold and it came with a black avocado how could there be no more avocado the service was terrible and on top of that they charged me $60 For three orders, the other two orders came wrong, a chicken soup that didn't even have vegetables and came cold.

My husband and I love this place! The food is extremely good and the drinks are great too. We always enjoy the service. Ignore the bad reviews and try it out for yourself. It will become your new favorite like it did us!

The waitress was very unfriendly and acted as if we were bothering her from the moment she came to the table. Had to ask for napkins several times before she actually brought them. She took forever to bring the check. The food was good. We went when it was not very busy, in between lunch and dinner

I normally don't order food from places that have average scores as low as Las Palmas but their extremely spicy responses to negative reviews had me curious enough to try it. To be honest the food's not very good, ordered a steak burrito that was unseasoned and overcooked. Not "food poisoning" bad - but not good. But the Inside of the restaurant is really well decorated and very attractive, The people I dealt with were very friendly, and they will absolutely drag you on Google reviews if you don't like them, and I love that.

I was overcharged 3 times in a row.Update: It's unfortunate that the owner decided to responded in the way that they did below. They must be mistaking me for another customer who was also overcharged. I quietly paid and walked out.
