We were original enticed to come in this bar by an incredibly tasty aroma wafting out. It has become a fast favorite for both delicious Asian dishes and straightforward comforting food for us. Reasonably priced interesting mixed menu with fantastic cocktails and excellent service keeps us popping in. Always a treat to find out what the Sunday special is and which fab dessert is showcased. Gracious owner/ operator adds even more to the appeal.

One of our favorite times to visit is Bingo Brunch on Sundays with Rusty — it's always a blast! Great vibes, amazing food, and don't even think about skipping the mimosa buckets — they're a total game-changer.

Visited during restaurant week and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I ordered the crab rangoon, shrimp fried rice, and fudge brownie. The crab rangoon was great and the shrimp fried rice was the best I've had in a very long time. The rice was so flavorful and fulfilling. I also ordered a cosmopolitan and it was delicious. The 2 ladies working were very sweet and accommodating. I will be back to Libations.

Went in on Thursday and they had drag bingo. It was so much fun! The food was good, full bar, and great service. I accidentally left my wallet behind and they had it for me the next day. Thank you Libations team!

This is a great restaurant! We came in for lunch, and ordered the egg roll, crab rangoons, Korean BBQ Banh mi sandwich. All 10/10 recommend! The owner also gave us complimentary green beans which were delicious.
The owner was so nice and helpful. He helped us and recommended different things.
The vibes in here are also great. There are board games to play, checkers, etc.
Prices are also great.
Overall 10/10 experience in all areas. Will definitely be back.

Booked Libations 317 for a private event, which just happened to be my 70th birthday. Chef Hamm was so helpful in the food selections and was wonderful about changes I requested regarding vegetarian and dietary restrictions. The food was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to my guests, and thanks to Chef Hamm and his staff my birthday party was even better than anticipated. I would definitely recommend Libations 317 for the amazing atmosphere, wonderful food and great staff. Thank you Chef Hamm for making my birthday everything I wanted it to be.

I am so torn on how to write this review. The food here is horrible. The best thing here is Dug the bartender. The drinks are amazing. They should allow outside food! I would come back for just the drinks and go down the street for better food. The food gets 1 star but Dug gets 5!
