This is my first time ever giving a review but today I’m gonna do it. I ordered my food today At 4:06 PM over the phone. The lady on the phone told me my food will be ready at 4:30. I walked into Little Caesars at about 4:23 Talk to the girl upfront gave her my name And paid I set inside this restaurant for almost 30 minutes no one acknowledged me. No one asked me what I was waiting for or nothing. I had to walk up to the counter and ask the girl is my food almost ready. She looks at me and tells me what’s the name again. I tell her she goes to the Preheat oven with my pizza is in store probably for about 20 minutes and I didn’t know because no one called my name or anything. I should’ve asked for a refund, but it’s snowing today and I was ready to get home, but I was gonna leave this review and I would like a refund. Because that was just poor service and I didn’t appreciate it at all

Very busy but I went at a peak time, 8 pm. The small restaurant was packed, shoulder to shoulder but that didn't matter because I had ordered thru the app and the pizza was hot and ready. I waded thru the customers, put my code in and retrieved my hot and ready. I would do it again, someday.

The manager pearla was very disrespectful. I spent nearly 50$ in food and asked for the sauce which I didn’t know was 2.50 and sold separately, she got constant attitudes, speaking rudely, then slammed the sauce on my box and I informed her I didn’t want the sauce no more and the corporate number which she told me to look it up on google. Will not return
If i could give the place a 0 review i would, walked in no one greeted me until it was time to order and then the pizza was wayyy to greasyyyy and wasn't cut evenly and it made me and kids sick!!! will not be going back.. it's 4:24 am and i'm cleaning up vomit.... yeahhhh find another location but definitely a waste of money
