Horrible service. This store has many issues causing them to be closed when they should be lol open, not serving when they should be, and not working when they should be. Absolutely unprofessional.

Pizza was ready about 15 minutes late till then the app said but this store is very busy and the employees are extremely busy. I'm not from around here but they seem to take their time and the young man behind the counter should be applauded cuz I think he was training someone and he was very thorough with his teaching and patience. Only thing I did not like is they're not drive through so for someone that's handicapped that's not very good cuz I can't stand long on my feet.

Visiting from out of town and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a LC. The young man running the counter was extremely friendly and very hard working. His energy was unmatched and to see how he enjoyed his job was truly what made the experience. I unfortunately did not get his name but I would recommend him for a promotion because it would be well deserved.

ZERO STARS!!! Never will order here again. Placed my order and waited a whole 30 minutes just to get a text saying your order has been canceled call the store for details after the tracked said it was picked up. I called the store 3 times and it goes straight to voice mail. So I go to the store and they tell me they gave the driver my receipt and said they didn't fill the order due to their head manager coming in morning and they wanted to deep clean the place. Well why not communicate that to the person that paid for the food. Reach out and tell them that not the delivery driver. I shouldn't have had to come there to find out. Now I have to wait 2 to 5 days to get my money back. Lost a customer forever!!!

I have to say this is the worst take out experience I've had in my life, the manager (white chick in her mid 30s I guess) was so rude and disrespectful not only to her employees but also her staff. She displayed poor emotional regulation and poor leadership as well. As soon as everyone walks in the door we are greeted with We only got pep. what? I'm not going to waste anymore of my time writing this review other than to say I would love too meet the GMSuch a trashy experienceSincerely -H

Have received some exceptionally bad service from here. When I try to call to see if there is a way to fix issues, they never answer the phone. Waste of money and time coming here. Last time they made me wait 3 times the normal time because someone kept erasing my order in their list, and then forgot the extras I paid for too.
