The food is absolutely DELICIOUS! The table was chatty and then the food arrived… silence. I had the barbacoa burrito. Meat is tender, juicy and flavorful 😏 So good, I went back the very next day and 10/10 again. The strawberry churros are a MUST TRY. This cozy spot stays open late and somewhere i would recommend to anyone i care about.

Closest thing to a socal California burrito I’ve found yet in the area. My only complaint would be the tortilla being a little too chewy at times. Get the California burrito with no pico, sour cream, and guacamole. Sub the carne asada for adobada if you like spicier meat. My comfort food!

I recently visited Los Cuates in Raleigh, and it was well worth the long trip! The cashier was incredibly courteous, making the experience even more enjoyable. To the cook: those fish tacos were absolutely amazing—hands down the closest taste to my hometown of San Diego. I haven’t been back in a while due to the distance, but your food is phenomenal. Keep up the great work!

Oh...my...lord!!!!!!!! I am from San Diego and have been dying for some legit Carne asada fries. Stumbled across this place on Doordash and I may never get Mexican food from anywhere else after today. The Carne asada fries were AMAZING! I added guac and crema. They honestly taste just like my favorite ones in San Diego. Meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked and there was so much meat on the fries!!!! The Watermelon Agua Fresca is also sooooooo refreshing and flavorful. I will definitely being ordering from here again and often!

Best SOCal style mexican food in all North Carolina. Prices are so affordable and food is very tasty. Pleasd support this kind of humble people. They sell carne asada buriottos with guacamole for $9.99. Tacos for $3.29

Los Cuates has outstanding food!!! They use really good, fresh ingredients, and they really know what they're doing! They have great service! Go and try their dishes. You will love this place!

My husband and I love this place. I always get the Green Chili Burrito but the birria tacos, Torta Cubano and the Chile Rellenos are fantastic as well.

Excellent! We had the Grilled Chicken Tacos and they were fantastic! Made to order, with delicious grilled chicken, fresh cilantro, onions and tortillas! We will keep coming back!!

Amazing carnitas tacos but quantity of meat in the taco is maddeningly variable. Other meats are decent but don't hold a candle to the carnitas. Very sweet waitresses.

This is hands down the best restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. I live in Greensboro but I will be making a trip back to Raleigh just for this place!
