They don't allow minor customizations. That wouldn't be a problem if they hadn't run out of a particular topping. I asked them to replace it with another since their menu still stated that the topping was available. But since they don't allow ANY customizations they wouldn't even offer a discount or a substitute.
Don't go there anymore, it's not the same. The management ruined it this year. Most employees there are nice but some of them are greedy for the business to, I can't figure out why. They just lost a 2-year regular.

I’m from California and I consider this good Mexican food. In fact I have not had Mexican food anywhere near this good since moving here. This place is excellent. I’ve had the chicken and brisket beef burritos. The ingredients taste fresh and to be of high quality. Their beans aren’t a soupy lard-laden mess. The cheese isn’t packed in and piled on to infinity (a NC favorite from what I can tell). They don’t put “queso” on everything and I don’t even know if they have queso. Queso (aside from meaning literally cheese) is *nacho cheese* y’all. It was not meant to be an actual ingredient in real food. The tortillas on the burritos have that nice browning on both sides. This food fills me up and feels good too - not like the whole moment on the lips thing where maybe it tastes “good” but doesn’t feel good in your body after. This food feels good. I really like this place.

The menu is small and you have to be at the front of the line to see it. My receipt didn’t have what I ordered on it and it was double what I should have paid. It’s seemed obvious I paid for someone in front of me and they didn’t give me a refund or try to solve the issue at all.
