We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The food was always good, the staff friendly and responsive and the seating comfortable. Noise level is usually low to moderate, making conversation easy.
The new default family Mexican restaurant. The bean dip is great, and there is enough variety for the family. The food is standard to good, the service is excellent and attentive, and the vibe is nice. A comfortable place to go for a filling and tasty meal you can depend on.
The food is typical NC style Mexican, nothing special. There is a lot of periodic banging (several different times while we were there) coming from the kitchen which has an open door to the dining area, making it very noisy at times.
I suggested putting a door there, to contain the noise, but the owner wasn’t interested in hearing any feedback.
