Food is amazing a service is spot on. The pizza is hands down my favorite in raleigh. And the cannolis are to die for. What this place needs Storefront of its own. For the past few years, I thought this place would make an amazing standalone restaurant.

Why this place is inside of Crabtree Mall still is beyond me. This place needs its own restaurant location. The food is too good for a mall setting..Just my opinion. The food is always good, service is fast and friendly and reasonably priced. I love that they serve alcohol as well with a bar seating area. TVs are on and has its own personal seating area. Love love love.

Arguably the best place to eat in crabtrees food court. The pizza is so amazing it surprises me every time. Crispy bottom every time never soggy. I wish they had a location outside the mall i’d go way more often it’s that good.

I've been to this place 2-3 times and each time, I've gotten sick after eating there. Not sure if they don't know how to clean their oven or if it's the pizza itself, but honestly, every time I've gone, my stomach has hurt for HOURS afterwards. I've even thrown up afterwards. And it's not just me. My boyfriend and I usually go and he gets sick too. Neither of us have ANY allergies either. The most recent time we've gone, the employees basically forgot about us for about 10 minutes while we stood there waiting for our food. Honestly, the pizza tastes really good, I just regret it hours later every time.

It was okay to try - average pizza nothing too great. It is pretty pricey for what you get. The cannoli was not good. The employees were nice, but the food was a disappointment.

This is located inside the Crabtree Valley Mall. Great price and portions for their combos. I got the small baked ziti(not small by any means), Caesar salad, and a drink with a nice size piece of bread. Definitely, couldn't finish it all. Had the rest for dinner.

We have come to the Crabtree Valley Mall location a few times. There is a gentleman who works the cash register (with glasses) he is an absolute delight. He has great communication skills and is very personable and efficient. We like giving our business to Luciano’s because of him.
I guess just basic food court pizza. Tastes like it’s frozen and reheated in the brick oven. Literally tastes like what you get out of the frozen aisle.
