Service just really depends on who you get lol it’s so far on both ends of the spectrum, coffee here has a lot of milk so if you like that then this is the place for you! Good amount of selection for people with dietary restrictions though. Also make sure you keep track of your drink because even the baristas don’t know which one you got.

First time here- had the Vanilla Maple Latte- it was amazing not too sweet. Also had the berry muffin- again absolutely delish!The atmosphere was so relaxing and the art everywhere was awesome

To start, the service was atrocious. They just kind of throw the coffees on the counter with a very vague labeling of what was ordered, so the customer has no real idea what or whose coffee they’re picking up. My friend waited an additional 15 minutes for her coffee after i got mine (we ordered at the same time). All to then taste genuinely the worst coffee I have ever gotten from a coffee shop. The vanilla maple latte tasted like watered down almond milk. The vegan muffins were pasty, grainy, and flavorless. Uncomfortable dine-in seating options. Please don’t waste your time and money here!

It's a cute place, but the coffee really wasn't good. We both got an iced latte and it tasted like watered down milk. It didn't even taste like coffee. The longer we were there I noticed it the place started smelling like mildew. Staff were all really nice though.

The atmosphere and eclectic decor make this place something special. I love the artwork, jewelry and pottery. It's so cozy, the type of place you could spend the entire day, relaxing and hanging out with friends. They have vegan milks and tons of vegan pastries.
I love that the coffee is organic, but agree with other reviewers that the drinks are not the best. They are watery and not very creamy, especially for a latte. I even tried the cold brew with oat milk and it just seemed watered down. The four star rating is based on all the other things: food, atmosphere, organic ingredients, etc.

My favorite coffee shop! Try the Bullet. It’s great! The ambiance is amazing with lots of seating and handmade pottery and jewelry for sale. It has so much unique decor that is fun to look at. The people who work there are always so friendly and nice. This is my Wednesday morning vibe.

New hire refused to speak up when told I am disabled and hard of hearing. Laughed and smirked after. I had to inform him and the staff I literally cannot hear him. Commented he does not like to yell at people. Extremely rude considering I have a disability where I cannot hear. I am not asking you to yell at me, I am asking you to speak at a volume that I can hear.Edit: it seems the staff have had training on how to deal with those that are hard of hearing.

If this review was on ambiance alone, this place would get 5 stars. Unfortunately, the espresso drinks are heavy on the milk with no other option than to use a to-go cup, and the pastries were lacking in flavor. Overall a let down

A few months ago I made a list of coffee shops I wanted to visit in the area & this one was on the top of the list. Partially because the reviews I saw were amazing & it seemed like such a creative artsy space. When I first arrived there were three people ahead of me in line. I watched as the barista was super friendly with them all, gave suggestions, and seemed kind. I spent my time browsing around all the items they had for sale, some of which were so cool- rings, mugs, knitted hardware, earrings, little gift sets, etc. unfortunately when it was my time to order the barista wasn't very kind and walked away before I even finished paying. Keep in mind I was using apple pay. She mumbled something about my drink being out or something while walking away. anyway, I ordered the honeysuckle latte which was matcha and honey. I had it made with whole milk. I liked the latte, just wished it was a little sweeter. However I didn't feel comfortable asking for more honey or anything for the latte. The two stars are for the awesome space- how unique and creative it is! As much as I liked the latte I wouldn't go back because of the customer service.
