Food was less than mediocre. I received a pizza that seemed like it had been froz. Salad was flavorless & not fresh. The "Angus burger" looked like it was from Burger King. Very slow service as well.

It was very good and the service was good but there was no coffee there. I had pizza which was good.

This was my first time here and the food was just ok. Not terrible but ok. I ordered a chicken Philly, side salad, and spinach artichoke dip. The sandwich was fresh but lacked seasoning as well as the spinach dip. They both had a lot of potential visually but needed a lot of seasoning they both were very bland and needed some type of elevation. The salad was not fresh and very wilted. The croutons were also stale. I loved the atmosphere but I won’t be back.

Food was great! However our server was so bad. She clearly wasn’t interested in serving us. I had to get up several times to remind her that we needed basic requests, like plates, utensils, napkins as well as other request like drink orders. The place was a little busy but I’ve seen it busier and got great service. She even forgot to include a pen to sign the credit card slip, probably so she could close it out with a larger tip.

Been going here since I was in HS and love the food and atmosphere. Now I live out of town and when I come back to Raleigh always stop by to watch sports and have a drink!

Found this place while on a motorcycle trip with a group of friends. Good atmosphere, great service, and cold beer. That's always a win!

We came here once before and had no issues but today was just awful. When we walked in the hostess just stared at us, then when we asked if this is where we need to be to be seated she finally acknowledged us. walked us to our table saying nothing then just leaving. Our server came up and was sweet, took our appetizer order but we needed a little more time to decide our meals. Well we got plenty of time to decide because she didn’t come back for probably 15 min. (Which it looked like she did have a party come in so that could be why) however the 5 (not exaggerating) servers that were standing literally right behind us gossiping (about going down on girls and the smell, super inappropriate!) could have stepped in to help her. Food came out in a timely manner and was good, fork was covered in old food though. When it came time to pay we again waited 10 min and another server ended up coming and grabbing it. Again I didn’t see who all our server had so she could have been really busy , and she was nice when she did come over. When we went to leave we saw one host a male just sitting menus on a table and walking off no communication to the people he was seating. And the two girls at the host stand were just chatting when we left, not paying attention to anything. The staff especially younger ones need to be trained on proper customer service and what conversations are not appropriate to have at work. I’ve worked in the industry and it’s not hard to have basic customer service.

so I really didn’t wanna do this, but I’m forced to just like I was forced to resign without my knowledge. if you’re looking for a job, I do not recommend lynnwood.
on Monday, Labor Day, I have been feeling sick like two days before that I had like a sore throat and I thought that I could’ve possibly had strep throat.
I was scheduled to work that morning at 10 AM. However, I called in to call out of work for one We never have more than four people working in the morning throughout the week. Well this day it was seven of us and I knew that I felt bad and knew that I was not in a position to work around peoples food or drinks or be around anyone else especially with the symptoms that I was having. when you work in the morning, there’s no point of contact until 9 AM because the manager does not come in until 9 AM. However I was always taught that if you’re gonna call out or if you’re gonna be late, please call way ahead of time so that morning, I wind up calling around 7 o’clock because I knew that I wasn’t gonna be able to make it which was three hours before my shift and I texted the manager because I knew no one would pick up, but I still made the attempt to call. No one answered so I texted the manager @ 6:57am and asked him if he really needed me because i felt sick like i had strep throat & this was his response @ 9:06am “We need all the servers we can get today, we had to struggle to get what we have now. You can put your shift up to see if anyone takes it, but if you’re saying you may have strep throat we’re gonna need a doctors note.” - ok that was cool, my plan was to go to the doctor anyway bc that’s how bad i felt. …i didn’t text him back bc by that time i had already spoken to the manager on duty and let him know i was going to the hospital and would bring in a note my next shift. he said “ok feel better”
well i was diagnosed with tonsillitis so i gave up my shift the next day as i was directed to stay home from work until thursday. i called out the next day which was tuesday & sent messages as well as called the restaurant … on thursday i go to check my schedule & im locked out of schedulefly which was weird. so i text my manager abt it and he stated i was removed bc i didn’t respond to his text. i was sick! i spoke to a manager and let them know i would bring a doctors note to my next shift and i even posted on the message wall where everyone could see and stated that i have tonsillitis and needed someone to pick up my shift. i was NOT quitting. i would do it the right way if i was but bc THEY thought i was quitting they blocked and removed me from the schedule. & the only excuse & justification for it was bc i didn’t respond back to his text. i was so sick, body hurting throat hurting head hurting couldn’t breathe and could barely talk and you’re saying you need all hands on deck. even tho im sick as heck and then you remove me bc i didn’t show up and you thought i was lying bc it’s labor day! i don’t drink or smoke i didn’t care to party! i was really down. this is bothering me bc i wasn’t given a fair chance to even quit if i wanted to! all along this job and the managers have been unprofessional. i never expected this from THIS manager. this is DEAD WRONG but this won’t be the first time i’ve been done wrong here!
i have so many screenshots to back up everything im saying and screenshots of me calling both days and sending messages& the turnover rate here is crazy now i see why! i’m disappointed bc he didn’t even have a real excuse for taking me off the schedule EXCEPT “you didn’t text me back.” well why not call to check on me and see why i didn’t ?

DO NOT WORK HERE!

Food was GOOD - not GREAT but. A cut above the norm. I ordered Tostada Salad which was fresh greens with excellentlygrilled chicken chunks. Nope not nuggets and not strips BUT yummy chunks. I will definitely return to re-check those
minor hotspots that prevented me from giving five staragh
