I ordered take out and this is what I got the brisket and turkey were definitely inedible. It was so dry and I ordered the food during peak hrs and it was terrible. This food was the worst. So I called to ask for a refund with pictures and they hung up on me.

This was my first taste of Carolina BBQ and I was not disappointed. The food didn’t blow me away but we did enjoy everything that we ordered. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. Thank you to the staff who made a few people from out of town feel at home, particularly the GM who came over and spoke with us! Look forward to coming back next time I’m in the area.

We love Macs and hope they stay open here. Our daughter loves the kids burger and mac and cheese, while us adults love the wings and the nachos. You can’t go wrong here!

Had an amazing lunch at Mac’s Speed Shop! We had the wings with the Burn out sauce which were so tender and delicious!!! And we split the spark plug burger which had the perfect amount of pickles and toppings! Definitely recommend and they are dog friendly on the patio which is a plus!

Need to explain….food 1 star, there wasn’t any. At 7:30pm on a Friday night, no brisket, no slaw, no apps, no blue cheese, no turkey, no dogs. Didn’t find out until well after we ordered. I absolutely love the charlotte location, but now 0 for 2 in Raleigh. They just can’t figure it out. First time was pretty soon after opening, I gave them a pass because they were so new. Our Server was nice enough, but didn’t offer anything to make us want to stay and have another drink. The live music was good though!

So atmosphere wasnt bad. Some guy doing covers on the guitar.
The sever when I went was dumb and lazy. Multiple people there. Split the check 4 ways. Didnt bother asking who was going to pay oe how rhe checks would be split. I got a soda..just soda and fries. I ended up paying 54 dollars for just the soda and fries.because they split the check four ways. Want to dispute this mac speed shop i got the recipets to peove it.
Food is ok. Seriously split the checks better. I even asked for just my portion.
