There's nothing more frustrating than looking online, seeing the hours they're open, and then you get there for the to be closed at 8:57. I understand that ppl want to go home but fix your hours. That's why the ratings look how they look now.

Ordered and stood in line watching the employees play on their phones instead of making my order. Another customer walked up 5 minutes after me and the guy started making her salad before mine. I hope the owner of this place reads this, hopefully it’s corrected before more business is lost. I asked for a refund, and the manager walked up on a phone call and refunded it without trying to make anything right.

We loved this place! Plenty of vegetarian and meat eater options. I got a salad and it was huge! I couldn’t finish it all. It had great flavors and textures with unique ingredients (like crispy black eyed peas), my partner got a burger he loved, and we split fries and cheese sauce. They were phenomenal and we will def stop by again if we go to Raleigh.

Literally just stood at the register waiting for someone to take my order.. 3 employees watched me wait .. 3 additional walked past without acknowledging me at all. I ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.

I ordered from door dash and most of my order was wrong. I didn't get any of the sauces I paid extra for and my burger had cheese on it when I made sure to check no cheese. The worse part is that door dash refunds a third of the cost of the burger and the restaurant can't do anything about it.

Really good burgers and specialty fries, I’ve been here quite a few times and every time I’ve eaten here the food is great and hits perfectly. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area and want a good burger and fries.

Salad ingredients were not fresh

I was a bit disappointed when I took my family here during the holiday. We ordered a cheeseburger and grilled cheese for the kids, this took almost 30 minutes. For the price, neither were much to write home about. However, what stood out most to me were the two employees seemingly arguing with each other. Not a good look.

Good vegan burger but not $20 good. $14.50, extra for cheese and extra for sauce on the side. Tip expected when you order through toast. Total $19.45 for 1 burger, no fries.

Very very over priced for what it is. Food was okay but expensive for how little you get. 50 dollars for 2 people…. Take your money elsewhere

I had the reaper burger, and it was actually pretty good! I had it without the slaw and added avocado. Bun was soft, and i love the smash burger style patties. Meat had good flavor and everything on it went together so well. I'm not a big pimento cheese fan, and was pleasantly surprised. Had the tots for my side and they were fresh and crispy. Picked out a few different sauces for dipping and they were all pretty good. Had a good beer that I liked, which was nice. I will agree with most of the people that it was a little pricey, but not enough to turn me away. I would eat here again if I was in the area.

I ordered the vegan burger, but it was unfortunately not up to the usual standards. The onions were cooked on the same griddle as the beef burgers, which is not acceptable for a vegan dish. I did not see where the burger itself was cooked. As a result, I was unable to consume the burger and felt that my money was wasted. Regrettably, this experience has deterred me from returning to the establishment.
