I think I went here at the wrong time of day. I do not believe my burger was freshly cooked to order. It came out too quick and it was dry even with all of the added condiments. I wasn't impressed at all for the price. I was really excited to try their burgers after seeing it on TikTok.

What a disappointment. McDonald's may have been better.
I purchased the Crow Burger with bacon and their Crow sauce on the side. For almost $18, I received a partial salty double cheese burger on a greasy edge bun. The bacon, lettuce, caramelized onions, tomato and pickled pickles, which I should have left off were just ok. Actually a bit much.
This was my first and will be my last time at Mama Crow's Burger & Salad Shop.

Everything was clean and covered. I had a build your own bowl and everything was great. I will come back and get a burger soon. They have a classic kids meal menu from what I saw in person. No complaints for Mama Crows. It’s the food hall itself that needs a little touch up. Tables around the hall are melting from the heat 😆 so the tables feel waxy/sticky. And it’s warm in there but not super uncomfortable. Definitely will be back.

This is the best burger I’ve had in my life and let me tell y’all I’ve had many good burgers but by far the crow burger might be the best thing I’ve had in my life and the fries they are so good just typing I am just mouth watering thank you so much mama crows please franchise this place was delicious

There's nothing more frustrating than looking online, seeing the hours they're open, and then you get there for the to be closed at 8:57. I understand that ppl want to go home but fix your hours. That's why the ratings look how they look now.

Ordered and stood in line watching the employees play on their phones instead of making my order. Another customer walked up 5 minutes after me and the guy started making her salad before mine. I hope the owner of this place reads this, hopefully it’s corrected before more business is lost. I asked for a refund, and the manager walked up on a phone call and refunded it without trying to make anything right.

We loved this place! Plenty of vegetarian and meat eater options. I got a salad and it was huge! I couldn’t finish it all. It had great flavors and textures with unique ingredients (like crispy black eyed peas), my partner got a burger he loved, and we split fries and cheese sauce. They were phenomenal and we will def stop by again if we go to Raleigh.

Literally just stood at the register waiting for someone to take my order.. 3 employees watched me wait .. 3 additional walked past without acknowledging me at all. I ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.

I ordered from door dash and most of my order was wrong. I didn't get any of the sauces I paid extra for and my burger had cheese on it when I made sure to check no cheese. The worse part is that door dash refunds a third of the cost of the burger and the restaurant can't do anything about it.

Really good burgers and specialty fries, I’ve been here quite a few times and every time I’ve eaten here the food is great and hits perfectly. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area and want a good burger and fries.
