If you are a lover of cheese and especially goat cheese, order the smash patty. It was divine. The best burger I have had in a long time. The meat itself was cooked to perfection, had cheese curds cooked in it and then had goat cheese melted on it on toasted bread. It was perfect because I hate massive buns on burgers. It was juicy and full of flavor. Also got an order of fries which was enough for 3 of us to share. I would have put up a picture, but I was hungry and ate it too fast

It seems my visit might have come at an off moment. The only staff present were two cooks in notably dirty shirts, and despite standing right at the counter, there was no acknowledgment or interaction from them, casting an unwelcoming vibe as if I was out of place. After opting to eat at another spot within the food hall, I noticed a change in staff at the front, suggesting a shift change. Given the initial impression, it's unlikely I'll return for another visit.

I had heard about the vegan burger here and have been anxious to try it for a long time. Should have skipped it! Way overpriced. Too small, tasted just like mushed together vegetables. Not a bad tasting patty but very bland. Some seasoning and spicy sauce would have improved it. Fries were extra. They were okay but greasy.

My wife and I have been going to Mama Crow’s for years to get their Superfree vegan burger with its sweet potato patty. We’re not vegan, but the burger had always been amazing… until today. We both agreed that the patty was completely tasteless and it was a fraction of its previous size. I’ll probably give them one more try, in case today’s burger was an anomaly, but if it remains as it was today, we won’t return. We were seriously disappointed. :-(

Atmosphere was great-food was subpar. Burgers were abnormally greasy and had no flavor. Definitely overpriced, and service was slow. I had to return to the counter three times to get everything I ordered because they forgot things. It was not busy, and there was only two other orders placed while I waited. 10 out of 10 DONT recommend.

I’ve been hearing Mama Crow’s for a while and was really excited to try them out. First the good, the Crow burger was good. Wasn’t sure I would like the crow sauce but it was a nice compliment to a good burger—solid 8 out of 10. The not so good part were the fries. I tried the Troublemaker fries that come with chili. They just tasted ok I guess but they didn’t look all that appealing. I’m going to also mention that I came in 30 minutes before closing so maybe that factored in, not sure. I’m definitely gonna try them again and maybe just go with the basic Crow fries. Overall, it’s a decent spot. If the fries were better they would’ve gotten 4 stars from me.

To start was never greeted just "what u want" Woman looked at me crazy when I asked if they had a tip jar n tapped the screen sayin can't u just tip on ur card?? Everyone I spoke to was so stoned, that I just KNEW my food was gonna be great. WRONGGGGGGG. It took soooo long, to get this half a burnt patty, on some raw, soggy, nasty bread. cheese so damn burnt it almost made u think there was a whole patty on it. Fries so crispy I coulda probably used one to cut through the burnt burger. How you mess up a burger?? Save urself the headache, the stomach ache (if u even able to eat it) money and time. Trashhhhhh

Got the rising kale salad, initially when they gave me the salad, it was missing half the ingredients and the ingredients that were in there were very sparse. When I went back up to ask for the rest of the ingredients that I paid for on the salad, I was told they don't usually put the squash on it (um, then why have it on the menu?) And I said ok, well did you put on veggie chips, almonds, or pumpkin seeds on it? And she said, "well no I didn't, would you like some?" Obviously I want some, that's why I ordered that salad. The whole interaction was so weird. I also ordered a grilled cheese for my child which took forever to be made and when we got it the bread wasn't toasted and it looked like it had been microwaved to melt the cheese. I'm guessing they are understaffed but when we ordered our food they weren't busy at all, so I'm not sure why we got such poor service and quality of food.

Traveled 30 minutes to try this place after seeing a TikTok review. I would have loved to try one of their delicious looking burgers but for some reason no one would take my order. One employee kept pacing back and forth from the front counter to the back mumbling under his breath, while the order chose to ignore me while preparing corn? I stood in line at the register for 10 minutes before leaving. Hopefully I'll get to try a burger next time I come.
