Hidden Gem in N Raleigh. The restaurant has been in the strip mall at Leesville and Fairbanks since ‘89. We moved her in ‘10 and make it a couple times a month. Can’t go wrong with most all menu items. Try the Chicken Parm for a huge surprise! Best in Raleigh (my opinion). This night we had the staple Meatball (house made) Sub and Fries. The wife loves their in house Pizzas and went with the Classic House sans pepperoni. Bartenders are attentive and quick. Seriously, if ya haven’t been. Go. Only gave it a 4 star on Ambiance because it is what it is. A 30+ yr old strip mall place. But worth it! ?

Family owned restaurant and with delicious -delicious food! Been there twice and each time it's so good! The atmosphere is nice and the servers are polite. This place gets busy so their servers could take awhile to get back to your table. So try to get your orders placed quick.

This is a local "go to" restaurant for us. Always good service, large varied menu so you can get pizza, butgers or sandwiches. Or if you prefer more of a "sit down" dinner they have very nice entrees. This is my favorite place to get pizza...love the vegetarian, buffalo chicken, and mexican/taco. Thin, crispy crust is awesome. Also, the spicy chicken wrap and salads are very good. (Try the parmesan poppercorn dressing). Finally, chicken tortilla soup is delicious when they have it. We want them to make that a standard menu item!!!
Uhh I can’t rate the service or the food. But walking in we felt this overwhelming sense that we were not welcome.So be wary if you are melaninated.

Only place I know of in North Carolina that you can get legit Chicago tavern-style pizza. This isn't deep dish pizza like most think of when u say Chicago. It's thin cracker crust cut in squares. This is the pizza I would take with me on a desert isle. Better than any other kinds and I love New York style as well.
Raleigh's own version of Cheers, where everybody knows your name and the bartender memorizes your drink. Come with your family or friends and eat at one of the tables or come alone and eat or have a drink (or both) at the bar and find out what it feels like to be a regular.

Everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere and service were wonderful. We met there to catch up with some family members we hadn't seen in a long time and our waitress was wonderful, it was towards the end of the night and she gave us space and wasn't rushing us or hurrying us along (and she definitely could have since we were there for a while but no one was waiting for tables)! Definitely would recommend for a casual dinner with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere!

Food prepared multiple times wrong, we never maid a big deal about it but today we attempted to take back a blatantly wrong order and were refused a refund. We’ve eaten here multiple times a week over the last 3 years and will not be returning.

Our wait person pretty much ignored us until we asked the floor manager for drink refills, etc. A few of the dinners were not up to temperature. Not much atmosphere. There are too many great choices for dinner in Raleigh to settle for mediocre.
