Tried Manhattan Pizza for the first time, and overall, it was a good experience! The food was delicious, and the place itself is clean, well organized, and family-friendly, which I really appreciated.

However, the service could use some improvement. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t match the quality of the food or the atmosphere. A little more attentiveness and friendliness from the staff would make a big difference.

That being said, I’ll definitely be back because the pizza was great! Hoping for a better service experience next time.

Picked my order up before the pick up time and it was cold as pie. At first I was going to let it go because I was in a rush to be some where but after tasting how bad the first slice was, I took it back and kindly asked them to remake it because it was only less than 5 minutes before I left. The manager agreed to remake my pizza but when he gave it back to me it was the same pizza warmed up. He sarcastically said “you wanted it warm right”. I responded that if I wanted to warm it up I would have done it at home and made it even more burnt, as he did. And he said “well I’m sorry we can’t remake a pizza because you picked it up late”. I explained to him I did not pick my food up late. Then he made up excuses about the pizza sitting out. No accountability at all. When all you had to do was make me a fresh pizza. I was so disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism and lies, I kindly asked for my money back.
won’t be spending my money here ever.

First time ordering Manhattan pizza and it will be my last. The experience of ordering over the phone was frustrating. I was put on hold several times and when I when I finally got to placing my order and inquiring about the cost, I was shocked about the price of two medium pizzas. The cost for delivery was going to be an additional five dollars so I decided to pick them up. I was hopeful that the pizza was going to be really good, considering the cost, but it fell well below that expectation.

Dine in medium pie and 5 wings $32. Pizza was great Mediterranean. Wings were tasty just not alot of meat on the bone.

Went in and ordered the 2 slice lunch special. I got plain cheese and waited figuring only a couple minutes to warm it up. Come to find out the had to make it! They had no plain pizza. I wish the kid told me it would be close to 10 mins. Tried but would not go back.

I ordered takeout from Manhattan's a couple nights ago, and one of the items I ordered was their Pear & Gorgonzola salad. The person behind the counter said it was quite popular so I gave it a shot. Another reason I ordered it was because of the candied walnuts listed as part of the salad. When I got home to eat my meal, I saw that the walnuts were very much normal-looking and pretty much tasted like normal walnuts. I called the restaurant to let them know I received regular walnuts instead of candied walnuts, but the manager informed me that the walnuts they get from their supplier are "very lightly candied." They also informed me they could not comp the item or give store credit, but could give me a discount on my next salad. Given how this one turned out, and disappointed by the outcome, I don't think I'll be getting another one any time soon.

I love this place. Really good pizza and is located close to my home in Murfield Village.

The pizza was so good and really well priced. Customer service was also excellent. My one and only complaint is they didn’t have a changing station in the women’s bathroom. I’m assuming there wasn’t one in the men’s either.
