TREMENDOUS CAFE!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER
The food is good, but there's room for improvement to make it even better. I recommend ordering online, as it tends to be quicker compared to in-person orders. The staff is friendly and we received our food hot and fresh.

Parents- this is a cautionary tale. If you are looking to eat here for convenience, time, or value in a delicious meal, look elsewhere. It's a shame that such a great experience at Marbles was upended by the poor quality food, cost, and lost time at Bean Sprouts.

I ordered chicken tenders... they looked, smelled, felt, and especially tasted like cardboard. Bummer because the rest of Marbles is great(IMAX, museum itself) but the food here is horrid-You might just throw up the food you order-just sneek food from home in and eat at a table outside.

I would say maybe they are just short staffed but I think after sitting for almost 40 minutes and observing, the staff just don't seem to have a sense of urgency. The food service is incredibly slow for pretty uncomplicated stuff. Some serious training is needed on how to run a kitchen. Fast food should be the priority for a place serving hungry kids.
They text us and said our order was ready for pickup 30 minutes ago and we are still here waiting.

Do NOT plan to eat here while visiting Marbles with your kids. The 40 minute wait for food will destroy your plans.

Surprisingly great food, I would not expect it from a children’s museum. I ordered the chicken wrap and the miso aïoli, chefs kiss. I think I’m going to have to try everything on the menu… except veggie chicken 😅

They refused to serve us food and we had to walk around downtown to find food.

My chicken pesto chango sandwich was pretty good. The nuggets were the worst I have ever tasted. They are plant based, so if your kids are used to eating cardboard, go for it. My kids love nuggets and wouldn’t eat them. Once I tried them, I understood why. Had to order more food for them, the spaceadilla. It was fine, but took 20 minutes.
I’d give my sandwich a 3.5-4 but the rest of the experience makes me never want to dine here again.

Such a great learning environment with lots of stuff to do and see. My Grandson is autistic and they have special days where he can interact with others on the spectrum.
