This location did an amazing job with delivery and providing great customer service. The pizza tasted amazing!!! There ingredients are top quality and you can taste it from each bite. Highly recommend Marcos at falls river avenue

Our order was placed online. Probably my fault having my teenaged son place the order because he didn't leave a tip 🤦🏾‍♀️. Maybe that is what upset the driver because our pizza got here and apparently it was owned on is side and was all on one side of the box. I called back immediately and asked where i could send pictures and the happily gave me a number. I asked for another pizza and the person who answered the phone was happy to oblige. He even said he would deliver it himself. Sending pizza was fine. This eating is specifically for the driver!!

Called about a 12pm delivery, was told the pizza was otw, when I called again since it had been quit some time they informed me the pizza was still in the oven…. I’m an understanding person and there was no need to lie, all you’re doing is wasting my time and my coworkers. Since we plan our lunches around expected deliver and we only get 30 minutes to eat.

We recently placed a bulk order for an early morning delivery for our school event, and everything was perfect! The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and delicious—clearly made with care. Their customer service was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and right on time. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and quantity we received. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and satisfying group meal, takeout or dine in option!

Amazing pizza, and hands down the best Marco's pizza location, they actually listen and deliver. They've never fallen short on anything I have demanded. I will be coming back to this location from now on, even though I live on the other side of town.

I ordered two extra large pizzas NOT Thin Crust 🍕but I get home to find the thinnest crust. I paid for extra cheese which I did NOT get because the crust was extra thin. You had your gotcha moment it's funny because my spirit told me there was going to be a problem. Maybe they just gave me somebody's order the pizza was also cold and dry. I actually drive farther away from home to this Marcos Falls River location but no more I will go to the one closest to me. Never again.

I placed an online order for takeout and the whole process was very easy and most importantly our pizza was delicious! I don’t usually come to this location but while I was there I was informed that this location is under new management and I was greeted by the new owner who is very friendly.

Whoever prepped this pizza should be retrained. Whoever cut this pizza needs their vision checked. You managed to miss the center of the pizza with EVERY SINGLE cut. Then you boxed up this bubble laden pie and sent it out anyways.
Positive note, the girl who checked me out provided good service. I’ll be back since you’ve kept the medium 1-topping deal but please do better.

Delivery was two hours late. I call after an hour to cancel half of order and ask for refund to my credit card. Full order came and I still expect a partial refund. I placed this order 4 hours in advance

Pizza is pretty good, most everything else about this place is aggressively bad. We’ve probably ordered from here a couple hundred times since 2017, and they have messed our order up at least half of those times. Every employee below the corporate level seems to be apathetic at best, and more often openly hostile toward unhappy customers. I’ve had to get corporate involved twice due to issues including hostility from a store manager and employees being visibly under the influence of drugs while working.

We’ve given Marcos chance after chance because the food IS good, but after they took over an hour to deliver a pizza tonight and the “district manager” responded to a complaint with more of the same sarcasm and contempt (and the order was wrong on top of everything else), I’m done. I’ll go elsewhere moving forward.

It’s obvious there’s no oversight or accountability anywhere at Marcos, and customer satisfaction is right at the bottom of the priority list. I’m sure this review will get a generic “apology” from the “owner,” but, well, several years’ worth of unfortunate actions speak louder. I recommend you go elsewhere.
