New management really took the marco’s pizza to the next level. Service was good as well, I ordered on a Friday evening when they were slammed but quality was not compromised.
I ordered this Marco’s pizza on one of those days where nothing sounds good and you just want something you know will hit. I was with a friend that told me of this specific pizzeria being the best he ever went to and I was tired of having food that just isn’t good and me wasting my time and money, so I had him go with me, to see me take the first bite at the spot. As you can see I finished the slice before I got him and took this picture. From the first bite, it completely reset my expectations of what pizza should be. I never was the biggest fan of pizza, but that’s simply because I never had it done the right way, and you can genuinely tell Marco’s cares about quality. The fact that this pizza was so affordable, getting a flawless pizza out of it astounds me, as this wasn’t “fast pizza” it truly felt crafted. From the first bite to the last, it was consistent, flavorful, and straight-up addictive. Another thing is the staff, everyone working there is so kind, I don’t know why but I don’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else so If you’re even thinking about ordering pizza or if you’re just hungry, for anything (because they have more than pizza) do yourself a favor and get Marco’s. I’ll be back without hesitation.

Ever since moving from New York, I’ve been searching for a place that is similar to authentic New York style pizza. When I tried Marco’s Pizza, the quality and flavor reminded me of the pizza back home. However, there was one major difference compared to the pizzerias I’ve visited in New York. Typically, you either get mouth watering pizza or friendly service, but not both. At this Marco’s Pizza, I experienced both. Every staff member greeted customers with a smile, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Marco’s Pizza never disappoints! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The crust was perfectly baked and the sauce had great flavor. Ordering was super easy, service was fast and friendly. Definitely one of my go-to pizza spots from now on!

This location did an amazing job with delivery and providing great customer service. The pizza tasted amazing!!! There ingredients are top quality and you can taste it from each bite. Highly recommend Marcos at falls river avenue
Our order was placed online. Probably my fault having my teenaged son place the order because he didn't leave a tip 🤦🏾♀️. Maybe that is what upset the driver because our pizza got here and apparently it was owned on is side and was all on one side of the box. I called back immediately and asked where i could send pictures and the happily gave me a number. I asked for another pizza and the person who answered the phone was happy to oblige. He even said he would deliver it himself. Sending pizza was fine. This eating is specifically for the driver!!

Called about a 12pm delivery, was told the pizza was otw, when I called again since it had been quit some time they informed me the pizza was still in the oven…. I’m an understanding person and there was no need to lie, all you’re doing is wasting my time and my coworkers. Since we plan our lunches around expected deliver and we only get 30 minutes to eat.

Their customer service was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and right on time. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and quantity we received. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and satisfying group meal, takeout or dine in option!
