Tre was a great growing customer service manager. Watched him handle a difficult call with a customer very professionally. When I came in he knew how I liked my Pizza. It's great when people pay attention to long standing clients. He even advised the other girl how to make it. Great customer service! Great Staff and great pizza!

I've ordered from this location five time this year and I've haven't recieved what I ordered yet ,actually walked in ordered a thin crust pizza cut in triangles and they cut it in squares??I ordered a thin crust pizza and got a hand tossed pizza 🍕 I was also told that their pizza dough didn't allow them to cut it in slices 🙃 go figure. Plain old wrong pizza. Ordered thick crust, got thin. Ordered 2 sauces, got one. I was really craving this place too. Don't waste your time unless you're gonna sit there and watch them make it.

Broooo the employees treat you with a bad attitude. I placed an order at 10:38 am for pickup at 11:45 am, and they gave it to me at 12:30 pm. They spoke to me rudely, didn't apologize for the delay, and did nothing right. You call the phone number and they hang up, and if they do answer, it's with the same bad attitude. They need to train their staff on how to treat the people who are spending their money there.

Are you kidding me? I needed a large amount of pizza in a very short timeframe for a last-minute lunch request at one of my Customer locations. The urgency and speed along with friendliness and courtesy at this location was above and beyond expectations for Marcos Pizza. I wanna shout out these three employees who made my order of pizzas in less than 10 minutes. Kudos to the team at this location. Tori’s, Siah, and Rica were AMAZING!
I like this place, But the past couple of times they’ve been missing my breadsticks. And this time they missed my cinnamon sugar and my icing and well. I really like this place a lot, but every time I order I’m always missing something. Super disappointing :(

It's really disgusting and unpleasant that you go to a restaurant to buy your food and My King, the people, a man with very long hair almost touching the food. That has to be more hygienic and have it wrapped in a hat, not out in the open. It's very delicate in other restaurants. I've had hair grow out of me during the food. Here, they should have been a little more delicate. With that, the person walks around with their hair loose, very long. I hope they take action about that.
