The pizza was okay, but customer service was nonexistent. Our order was unreasonably late, and when we called, the person on the phone clearly could not care less. He offered no assistance and was rude. If you like Marco’s pizza, another location would be better.
I love that they actually have green olives! I just ordered and had the best pepperoni and green olive pizza ever. The crust has a perfect texture and seasoning. Staff were friendly to me and suggested the special which saved me money. He also put extra green olives on my pizza which gets them bonus points from me. Great place, pizza, and people.
I ordered a pizza for delivery last week at 5:41. The pizza was supposed to be delivered at 6:37. At 7:15 I finally called to see where my pizza was. The manager working told me it was out for delivery. At 7:45 with no pizza still I called again. The manager said he wasn’t sure what happened and advised he would make me a new pizza and get it delivered. At 8:15 I still had no pizza so I drove up there to find out what the deal was.
