You know…. I have not eaten all day. Had my mouth set on some Marcos. Order. Get home and open the box to have my appetite completely confiscated because this mess looks just like a mess, a whole one. I am trying to understand why anyone would serve someone this pizza. Look at it! I’m honestly disgusted and will not return. Ridiculous to say the least.

I live about 5 mins from this location. Ordered a pizza at 8p. The order didn't arrive until 9p, just to realize they did not send me the right order (wrong sizes/ wrong toppings). I called at 9p and they said they would deliver the correct order. We thought we missed a call from them at 9:17p and called back at 9:22p, during which they told us the new order was on the way. At 10p we still did not receive the corrected order. So went to the location in person to pick up the order for them to call me a liar about the order being messed up/ being told it was being delivered. Even though I had the receipt, the wrong pizzas in hand, and have the emails and call records showing the timing. Deplorable customer service and overall experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered 2 pizzas - both had at least 4 big bubbles a piece that pushed all the toppings off. I expected better from Marcos. I typically love your pizzas, but I was disappointed in both of these.

Store is full of employees but order is very slow I placed my order 20 mn before I go there when I got there they didn’t even start the order . No apologies or nothing all I got is “ just give me a couple of more minutes “ and by that they mean 15 mn or more

Horrible customer service very under staffed they always mess your order up and it takes hour or more for food to come wings under cooked they didn’t have bread for my sandwich highly disappointed do not recommend!

Well, first they got my pizza wrong, and then they didn't offer me a free drink or anything, actually the cashier didn't even offer a proper apology.
When they got my pizza wrong they should have realized that they had inconvenienced me.
I had pledged a $5 tip, which would make sense if I got something in return for it. I still paid it with hopes that the pizza will be made quickly and made well.
They use a premade flatbread base for thin crust. The pizza was good. But I had to wait for 10 more minutes, and it was already a 15m drive from my place and my wife was hungry.
So poor customer service and a little bit of carelessness on customer retention to say the least.
This was our first time trying Marco Pizza, was disappointing. Will give it another try since management reached out.
Also their menu is slightly overpriced.
The guy who made my pizza forgot to add the garlic crust and he put it on after it left the oven, the picture of the beautiful results are attached. (It dripped out of the box and soaked my wife's dress)
I don’t have much to talk about but it’s a smooth process. I’ll post photos next time I go.

Staff manager was fussing out staff and my first pizza had slice with just bread slices. Whole slices! And the redo was cut into strips. Very disrespectful!! I thought they were better but not. People need to take their jobs more seriously.

Pizza came 30 minutes late, they didn’t bring me the pizza sauce cup that I ordered and the delivery smelled like weed. Horrible experience and would not be ordering again if this is not fixed.
