the pizza's i ordered were good, the steak sandwich not so good. Next time i order from here i'm going to pick it up, because waiting an hour and a half for Door dash{had no idea they were doing this} to deliver my food and forgot my soda is really aggravating

Customer service is generally terrible, they are disinclined to assist the customers the interact with.

This location is consistently behind on their orders. Place your order 20-30 min before you actually want it to be ready bc they are never ready on time!

This place is terrible! I have never eaten at a Marcos pizza before but I love pizza and I hear people say a lot of good things about them so I decided eh why not give it a try. Never again! The pizza lacked flavor over all. There was way more sauce than cheese and the crust was DRENCHED in grease!! The black lady had me wait at the counter while she finished talking to an employee in the dinig area. This made me feel like she didn't care and it lacked professionalism. The young boy making the pizza sees me waiting stops making the pizza he is working on and proceeds to wipe his hands on his pants. As hes walking toward me the lady from the lobby walks to register. The young man went right back to making the pizza he was working on.No glove change! No hand washing! Absolutely disgusting and not sanitary at all!!!! I will NEVER EVER eat at a Marcos Pizza ever again!

Ordered two pizzas with extra cheese and there was no extra cheese. Ordered cheese sticks and two extra sides of sauce and all three of the sauces I got were not even half way filled. Funny how the first online review I see has the same complaint about sauce cups not being filled. You’re basically stealing from your customers who pay for extras. I won’t order again. Why do businesses short term their business like this?
Your greed to save a dollar or two in food costs just cost you $600-$1000 a year in sales. Smart move.

Not sure what happened but the quality really has slipped. My online order was severely delayed it seemed that online delivery service(door dash) took priority. When I got home I had ordered 2 entrees with sides of pizza sauce. I received the equivalent of 2/3 of a side between the two. This is very disappointing
Took the driver 30ish mins to get to my house and the pizza was cold. The was still sitting at our house for ten mins before he left.

The pizza was okay, but customer service was nonexistent. Our order was unreasonably late, and when we called, the person on the phone clearly could not care less. He offered no assistance and was rude. If you like Marco’s pizza, another location would be better.

You know…. I have not eaten all day. Had my mouth set on some Marcos. Order. Get home and open the box to have my appetite completely confiscated because this mess looks just like a mess, a whole one. I am trying to understand why anyone would serve someone this pizza. Look at it! I’m honestly disgusted and will not return. Ridiculous to say the least.

I live about 5 mins from this location. Ordered a pizza at 8p. The order didn't arrive until 9p, just to realize they did not send me the right order (wrong sizes/ wrong toppings). I called at 9p and they said they would deliver the correct order. We thought we missed a call from them at 9:17p and called back at 9:22p, during which they told us the new order was on the way. At 10p we still did not receive the corrected order. So went to the location in person to pick up the order for them to call me a liar about the order being messed up/ being told it was being delivered. Even though I had the receipt, the wrong pizzas in hand, and have the emails and call records showing the timing. Deplorable customer service and overall experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered 2 pizzas - both had at least 4 big bubbles a piece that pushed all the toppings off. I expected better from Marcos. I typically love your pizzas, but I was disappointed in both of these.

Store is full of employees but order is very slow I placed my order 20 mn before I go there when I got there they didn’t even start the order . No apologies or nothing all I got is “ just give me a couple of more minutes “ and by that they mean 15 mn or more
