Came to pick up an order , was waiting for 40+ minutes for a cheese bread. Staff seemed very disorganized. Staff was also moving with no urgency and had multiple orders sitting under the hot lap waiting for a missing item. I was also in here w a customer I visibly seen waiting for about 25 minutes from the time I came into to pick up an order to get his order. I understand it may have been but the wait was still unacceptable especially seeing how many employees were just walking around. Hopefully they get a better staff or management

My kiddos, love this place better than other popular chains. I placed an order online that I messed up and they happily made it right for me. Everything came out fresh and looked amazing. I ordered ahead and it was ready at the time promised, I will definitely continue to visit this location when my kiddos want pizza. Thanks for your superior customer service, it's hard to find in 2025.

Pre-ordered a pizza and Italian Chef salad. I asked for triangle slices, got square, I ordered an Italian salad with Italian dressing, I got Greek vinaigrette. I did not get sauce cup. My husband picked up so he didn't question. I took pictures of pizza and receipt. I now have nothing to eat because I did not get the dressing that actually is suppose to come with salad.

Incredibly Rude and Unprofessional I had an extremely poor experience at this store recently. My friend and I walked in around 10:50 PM, but instead of being greeted, an employee immediately told us they were closed. The staff offered no apology and didn't even acknowledge us otherwise. As we left, another person entered, only to be met with the same abrupt refusal of service. Right after they were turned away, the employee locked the doors. The complete lack of customer service and the rude behavior of the staff are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
