We order from here when we visited my mom from the state fair. We have these in Maryland, but they're all an hour drive from Owings Mills. I got one pepperoni and one pepperoni with hot honey. The pizza was one of the best chain pizzas we've tasted.

I placed an order well in advance (over an hour and a half) to be delivered by 6pm sharp. When I called 10 min before 6:00, as I'd not received any confirmations of it being out for delivery, first they said they didn't have the order...then they lied and said, oh, it's going out now.If I'd known at that time they were lying, I would have canceled my order immediately and picked up from another local pizza place on the way to our family gathering. It wasn't until later I received all the email confirmations of just starting to make our order after I got off the phone the first time that I realized they had flat out lied to me.Fast forward thirty minutes later (6:30), all my guests are waiting and still no pizza.I called Marco's again and ask what's going on (since we are only 10 min from the location and if they'd been honest, it would have been there at 6) and asked what are you going to do about it and I hear the people relaying to each other, tell her it will be 5 more minutes and she can just wait. No apologies, nothing!I was furious at that point and luckily it was delivered 10 minutes later, but that's 40 MINUTES after the PROMISED time! I won't be ordering Marco's again, I'm so angry with how we were treated, more than it being late for an important event. They really need to work on their customer service and if you promise a time, as it literally said promised time on my order confirmation, they should stand by it.I even submitted a complaint to corporate afterwards and zero response or apology to date.

I have eaten Marcos on Ramble Way Raleigh several times, and they are excellent. What I was expecting from Fayetteville rd location was actual edible food. I ordered chicken wings, and the photo is what they sent. I tasted one, and they were terrible. They appeared to still have white batter on them, but it was hard as a brick. In the trash they went. I generally like Marcos' chicken wings, but what I ordered from this location was not wings. Don't order online from Fayetteville rd location. They charged 14 for 10 of whatever it was they sent in addition to service fees, delivery charge, and tip. I will not order from this store again. ? When I pay that much for wings, I dont expect to get pressed chicken. It tasted like hard cardboard. Then to top it off the internet said they closed at 12 but when I called at 11:30 the answering sevice said they were already closed.

Staying at hotels 8 minutes away. This was an option the group of coworkers could agree upon. The other review mentioning the "manager withe long hair" cinched it.We all ordered using the Marcos App. Also other reviews told me everything I needed to know. Will save this location to our work places to eat list when visiting the area.All Meat Calzone in the picture. I prefer the Calzone when it comes to full expression of the garlic romano crust options.Vegetarian options: Good enough veggies compared to other similarly priced options.Parking: One way traffic in the parking lot. Maybe saves you time by having read this, especially if it keeps you from backing out the wrong way. ;)Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open, level access.
