Perhaps Marcos Pizza employees need a refresher course on proper kitchen practices before handling other people's food. An acceptable pizza place. We ordered a large Pepperoni Magnifico Pizza with extra cheese and an Italiano Sub. When we got home, we quickly noticed that the Pizza didn't contain the exta cheese. Very disappointing.

I placed an Online Order at Marco’s Pizza @ Battlebridge Rd on 9-20-24. Order was placed @ 8:06pm with a ‘Promise of Delivery’ @ 8:46pm. I ordered Wings & a Meatball Sub. Driver got here at 9:35pm, almost an Hour Late! The Food was Cold & the Meatball sub bread was Burnt & Soggy!! Pure Nastiness!!!! Needless to say my Trashcan got the Sub!! No More Marcos for us!!!

I have now been on the phone for over 30 mins trying to get in touch with someone about a delivery order I placed at 7:33pm. It is now 9:27pm and I have not received my order nor has anyone picked up the phone. All I want is either my food or my money back. Order #222 . Not happy with this location at all, this is the second this has happened.

Quick and easy! Marcos pizza is always a hit! Their pepperoni pizza is delicious and not super greasy. The restaurant is easy to get to and parking is plentiful.

At 2:10 pm today I placed an online order for a HOT Meatball Sandwich. After receiving my order later than the promised time, I got home and took a bite of cold meatballs. I called the store and received a short lived apology. I arrived back at the store to get a replacement Sandwich and was told that I was being ridiculous. On that note, I asked for a refund rather than trust eating anything the worker touched.She agreed and once again called me ridiculous! I asked her name and she wouldn't give it. I asked for corporate info or owner of the franchise, she told me to look it up online. After processing my refund, I asked for the info again, to be told she is calling the police. I agreed she should call and she gave me her name and proceeded to make the call. However while on the phone the other person now known as David said, you need to leave and that's "just Kristy being Kristy". My reply was and I am Tammy, being Tammy. I told them I would wait in my car for the officers, which I did. I gave my side of what happened and she gave hers. I was then warned that I would be arrested fir trespassing if I ever returned to the store.Wow! A $10.00 Sandwich, an ignorant, non professional customer service worker, got me banned. HYSTERICAL! The irony is, I would never have considered returning there anyway. This experience only received 1 star because parking was convenient.
