Always a great menu, great service, lots of other diners but the noise level remains reasonable, and the food is always exceptional. Never skip desert here, it's consistently beautifully presented and a true treat!

Margaux's is our go-to for date nights, out-of-town guests, and special celebrations. My husband and I bet there, got engaged there, and had our wedding rehearsal dinner there! Consistently excellent food, beautifully plated, and delicious. Last night I had the very plentiful house salad with marinated cucumbers, and angel hair pasta with shrimp and marinara and had enough to take home for another meal. My husband had the price fixe dinner featuring fried shrimp, seared scallops, and creme brulee. All were excellent. Oh, and don't forget to get the spring rolls appetizer! We had wine and top shelf cocktails and the bill came to $160. Very reasonable in this day and age for the quality ingredients and wonderful service.

We had a wonderful dinner at Margaux's. Our food was excellent but was exceeded by our service. Our waiter (Phil?) was awesome and we hope he can serve us again the next time we visit.

So I'll start by saying the food was absolutely exquisite! My coffee crusted antelope was cooked to perfection. Pairing it with the fig, balsamic, ginger, and orange chutney was out of this world. A flavor combo that I never knew I needed, but married together extremely well. Had we not had plans after dinner I could've devoured two more servings. The ambiance was a little more chaotic than I anticipated, but all in all it was an amazing experience and we will be returning indefinitely.

The waiter was so helpful with the ordering our first and not last time. The service is top notch!

Wonderful service. All staff must be yoga masters as they twist and and contort around crowded obstacles to get their job done. Far too much going on in dining room to deliver a full dining experience to match the food and service. Sitting in Ding room isblike camping out of a van. I recommend waiting for outdoor dining season.

Love Margeaux! It's one of our "go to" restaurants. Heather was our server last night and she was an excellent host. Warm, casual, informative and always there when required. One of the special drinks that was ordered didn't seem to be a big hit, visually and palate wise. Otherwise, all of our dishes were spot on delicious! Onion soup, soup of the day which was cream of mushroom. Cesar salad, dumplings and beef skewers all disappeared. Salmon in butter sauce, grilled pork chop, shrimp with pasta and the filet mignon, as always, had eye appeal and delighted our taste buds. We sampled the key line or, chocolate mousse, creme brulle and double chocolate brownie. Oh, and a candle and sweet birthday wishes too.

Great service - attentive without hovering, super apologetic when my entree came out after the others in my party (it was only a couple of minutes - not a big deal at all), personable and not snobby. Food in my party was mostly good. My entree (hush puppy coated grouper) was better than I could have imagined. Dad's prix fixe salmon was also delicious. Desserts all around were top notch. Only disappointment was mom's scallops, shrimp, crab entree - she said scallops were great, shrimp tails still on always a pain (if you have arthritis in your hands, it's really difficult to remove tails), crab tasted like it had been substituted for a white fish, way too much spinach, and sauce wasn't flavorful. She says she just chose wrong - but we still plan to return! Only atmosphere challenge - it was freezing cold inside. A cold front came through in the afternoon, dramatically dropping temps. Inside hadn't gotten the memo, and I had to put my puffy jacket on to warm up to eat.

Margaux has a nice ambiance, delicious food, and attentive wait staff. I recommend it heartily.

charging 4.50 for a soft drink and 1.00 per refill is criminal with the already high food prices. the food was great, but feeling nickel and dimed on a $300.00 dinner sucks. wont return there are much better offerings in that price range

Margaux's has been our go to restaurant for celebrations and special occasions for the past few years. Always excellent service and great food. They are very accommodating and eager to do as much as they can to make you happy. Our server Caitlin was both pleasant and proficient The three course meals are an excellent value.

We visited Margaux's for my wife's birthday. It was our first time there. The restaurant has eclectic and fascinating decor. The place was packed and there was a boisterous energy. Margaux's has a great wine list. Not only are there bottles at a wide range of prices, but their by-the-glass selection is excellent. After glasses of French brut, I had a glass of Lincourt Pinot Noir and my wife had the South African Glenelley Cabernet Sauvignon. The menu changes daily and features superb dishes including some old-style entrees recalling their French focused menu when they opened in 1992. We opted for the prix fixe menu, an amazing value at $47.95. We both started with the mushroom Madeira soup, which was savory and delicious. My entree was seared scallops served with green beans and a butternut squash chutney. The scallops were smaller than anticipated, but plentiful and tasty. My wife got the teres major beef steak. For dessert, I had the key lime pie, a tasty end to a delicious meal. The dishes were piping hot. We were located about 15 feet from the open kitchen. Service was great. All in all, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended.

WE ALWAYS ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND THE PRESENTATION IS CLASSY. MY GIRLFRIEND AND I BOTH HAD ONE OF THE STARTER ITEMS. THAT AND A SHARED SALAD HIT THE SPOT. IF YOU NEVER VISITED, GIVE IT A TRY, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
