Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls

10/10 would recommend! Service was great and the food was *chef kiss* delicious.

I have been looking for a lobster roll out here in Raleigh area and came across this spot. The Connecticut Lobster roll definitely hit the spot. Excellent service.

My experience at masons lobster rolls was outstanding. Great food, very fast service.

Not much parking. Expensive. The guy was real nice. 27 dollars for roll and soup. I enjoyed them both though. Well seasoned.

Hello I visited the location today 5/13 I came here specifically because I wanted the bar harbor with the lobster tail it’s 26.00 you are paying a premium for it. Anyway after I paid the man told me they didn’t have the tail so he gave me extra meat ok sir if you knew you don’t have it why didn’t you tell me? That’s why I ordered it yeh ok. I didn’t want extra meat I wanted the lobster tail, thanks for nothing I didn’t actually get what I ordered. I’m sorry due to not being told that they didn’t have it after I paid I can’t come back. I spent over 36 dollars here.

Looking at all the other rolls on here he gave me the exact same portion of lobster meat on my sandwich. I should of went with cousins main lobster 😭

My daughter took me and her Bonus Dad to Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls today at North Hills and boy they did not disappoint. Great service. The young man that took our order was so polite, sweet, and kind. The food was absolutely delicious! My daughter took one bite and said - they must have just caught this lobster at the back of the restaurant. That’s just how fresh the seafood was. Succulent, sweet, juicy and hearty - our Lobster rolls were to die for. Not to mention the toasted, soft, buttery rolls - 💯!!!

Walked in today to enjoy a lobster roll and unfortunately the AC is broken or something. It was so hot 🥵 inside we walked next door to bartaco instead. Maybe next time.

Love their lobster roll so much I order at least once a week if not more .
However….half the time the pickle ain’t there .
What’s the protocol on adding the pickle ? Feeling?
Portion has the same issue .
One day it’s full and other days it’s shabby at best.
They have a hook on my heart so I’m not going to stop coming/ordering but o seriously hope they fix these issues .

Overpriced and low quality. The most watered down, nothing in it, chowder I’ve ever experienced. Sandwiches decent, but very small. Will never return to nor would I recommend this place.

Placed an order but ended up outside the order time. Ok no problem. Spent a whole day calling both Waverly as well as North Hills phone number for North Hills is nonexistent as it just ends. NO ONE answers at Waverly and I’ve been by there many of times and I’m sorry you guys are just not that busy where the phone is never answered. Technically I shouldn’t have been able to order however that’s neither here nor there I just want my money back since the place is always closed.

Thank you for your response. This is for North Hills and again the number provided in Google does not ring anywhere. I added Waverly because I figured I’d test out the customer service but they don’t pick up, it at least goes to a voicemail box. So what would be the best time to call or would I need to come in in order to have this issue situated?

Tasted terrible.

I was surprised to find this is the same Mason's Lobster chain that I visited in Paris. I always order without the roll. The lobster was good and the bisque was delicious.

Food was not very good and restaurant was generally dirty. The lobster Mac and cheese was horrible and not even warm. Clam chowder was basically water and also not warm. The lobster rolls weren’t bad but not good enough to go back or for 20 bucks a piece. Basically felt like a subway that served lobster, everything was heated in a microwave or toaster oven.

We traveled over an hour, just for this…and let me tell you, it was well worth it. There was a bit of a wait, as Trevor was the only person working…but he was quick and definitely does his job very well. He also had a positive attitude and was very pleasant even though he was extremely busy!! Definitely try it out!!
