I've been getting Matsu for about 4 years now and it used to be one of my favorite restaurants. My opinion changed after I last ordered take out. I ordered Orange Chicken, rice, and Texas rolls to eat, and let me tell you, the quality dropped immensely! The Orange Chicken became smaller, and it was basically all breading. The rice was just horrible, it was somehow soggy and dry at the same time. How do you even accomplish that!? The Texas roll was okay, the shrimp had no meat in it though. The steak on top of the Texas roll was a little smaller than it usually is. I'm very disappointed.

HORRIBLE customer service, never update hours have gone back multiple times and they are randomly closed in the middle of the day! Place never picks up calls when open either, just sad.

Always our favorite place to get hibachi!! Food & service is way better than any other hibachi restaurants in or around Raleigh, and staff is so friendly! Sushi is also amazing!

The food here is Top Tier, I'm really impressed and will be eating here again. I ordered the lobster dynamite sushi, shrimp tempura and hibachi. ?

please update your hours on google maps. i went there at noon with my family for lunch yesterday and you were closed.

The lady at the front desk told me that the hibachi steak plate is like 23 but the website says 12$ and when I told her that she said “it’s not a updated menu” if that’s the case you need to fix your website!!

The smell was awful didn't even stay to eat
