I ordered catering for my company for New Years Day. Based on the online website, we were under the impression that we would be getting 13 trays of sandwiches but instead received 13 sandwiches cut in half. More than half of the staff was/is not able to have lunch provided for the holiday. This has not been a good experience and I will not be ordering catering through McAlister’s ever again

Man not sure what is up with this place today but everything was like pulling teeth with costumers. The staff was ignoring them, they were super behind on orders, didn’t have spuds, and were really rude to people on the phone. I was stressed out just being there.

Whenever we're up this way, we always stop here. The food is consistent, we fet service with a smile, and it's a nice atmosphere.

This was actually my first time at Mcalister's. It happens to be a favorite place of my mom's. I did have the broccoli cheddar soup. That was good. My aunt had the half a sandwich and soup and it was good for her. It's definitely one of those places if I didn't have an option I would go there. If I have options I would bypass it Perry again it's because I'm just not a sandwich person. The people were nice and it was very clean inside

Food ordered in store is consistently on par. The booth seating is worn and torn . Hard to find employees who have the ability to get more butter or the item missing in order . I wish they had someone come by and refill drinks and check to ensure satisfaction.

Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding First Visit Experience

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my first visit to your restaurant. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and specifically requested it on sub bread with no bacon. I tipped and waited patiently for my order, but when it arrived, the bread was incorrect. My sandwich was remade, but the second version was served with bacon, despite my clear request and the fact that I do not eat pork.

By this time, I had been waiting so long that I had already eaten my chips out of hunger. I politely mentioned that I usually enjoy my chips with my sandwich and asked if a complimentary replacement could be offered due to the inconvenience. The employee checked with the supervisor, who said “no.”

After everything, I kindly requested to speak with the supervisor directly. Supervisor Atum not only refused to acknowledge the inconvenience but also suggested the situation was somehow my fault. She did not apologize, and her demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional. She eventually handed me the chips in a frustrated manner, seemingly just to end the interaction.

This was an extremely disappointing first-time experience. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and dissatisfied. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that management will address the service issues and ensure better customer treatment moving forward.

Placed a $200 order, forgot to add cheese to one sandwich. I called to kindly have it added. They refused.

We stopped by and had a late dinner. We both got half sandwiches and a half spuds. Overall it was really delicious. The staff were friendly. One waitress went out of her way to help us. Would definitely recommend the spuds though. They are worth it!!

Dirty and poor service. Workers clueless and not trained. If you order gluten free, they don’t know what that means. Stay away!
