I am frustrated that the policy of McDonalds now seems to be that I am charged EXTRA for ordering water with my meals. Twice now when I have gone through the drive-thru at this location I have requested a cup of water rather than a cup of soda, and been told that I can only order a bottle of water at an additional charge to my meal order and that they do not have a way to give me a cup of water without a surcharge. What a ridiculous way to do business; I will not be eating here again.

i got a cheeseburger with mustard and cheese only. when they give it to me it's only a hard, cold, and dry patty with one dot of mustard. i go up and ask for cheese and more mustard. i see the lady just hand the cashier a piece of cheese and he just slaps it on there and hands it back. no gloves btw!! wasted my money on ts

The worst McDonald's experience in my life is happening now. At this location. I ordered my food online an hour ago. It turns out they didn't open until 8:00 a.m. It was 7:30. I came back half an hour later. They did not have the order built. They did not have the mocha machine running, A complete disaster. But they were able to take my payment with no problem and no way to get it back. It ended up taking about an hour to get my food from when I expected.
Why didn't the app just refuse my order it tell me if would be extra time BEFORE I paid?

I've tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt, but after 3 days of getting soupy, undercooked and watered down breakfast burritos, every morning for the last 3 days every breakfast burrito has just been a mushy wet tortilla shell, and it just falls apart as soon as you try to take the wrapper off. I cannot go to y'all's establishment anymore, If you can't even properly cook a tortilla shell, it gives me a little reason to believe that you guys can cook meat properly
Second time that I've been to this location this month. I used the app to order ahead and specify No Cheese. Both times they were covered 8n cheese. This time I checked before leaving and they remade correctly, but I suspect this is a comm9n problem if they aren't reading the order. They used to be really good about getting it right. They have always been slow, which I don't mind if they are getting the orders correct.

Yes, I went to this McDonald’s ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal. I had a coupon for doing the MC voice voice opinion for a free sandwich with purchase. When I want to use the Coupon she refused to do it. I eat at this McDonald’s quite often. When I did get my order, it was cold. French fries were soggy and I asked to have condiments and it was soaking with condiments. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

Ok for fast food spot. A little too slow on food delivery to tables. The focus is always on online orders and food delivery people coming in. Ignore people inside who order until they have time to notice your order.
