This is one of the slowest McDs I've ever been too. Each time I go is slower than the last. I waited 20 mins on 2 McChickens and they were overdone and obviously sat for awhile.

The food is good, HOWEVER they ALWAYS mess up my order. Every time, something is missing or a different item that is not the same price.
I’ve lost money on gasoline because I had to drive back to claim my food, and when it’s breakfast, They say that they are now serving lunch and can’t fix your order that THEY messed up.
Today, I ordered a chicken mcgriddles, and they sent me a chicken biscuit with no flavor and that is less expensive.
When you go in and claim that they messed up your order, they act like it’s your fault.
This has been literally the 10th time that this happens, my patience has ran out.

The manager was very rude. She had customers waiting at the counter for assistance including myself, but she never acknowledged us. She just kept singing and making orders. Customer service was absolutely poor. Also, my fries were cold.

They get my order right maybe one out of 3 times. It's not like my order is hard. I order a breakfast meal with a caramel iced coffee. Often they leave out the hash brown. Today they left out the hash brown and they didn't add caramel to the iced coffee. If this were not the most convenient location to go to on my way to work, I'd never go here. It's not ideal to start a day.

The burgers are most of the time good, the fries not so good (overcooked, dry). Sometimes it takes forever to get an order through the drive through. Staff is friendly but I think they are understaffed in the kitchen.

If you want to pay cash or order at the counter you will wait for a long time so only pay at the machine but the chains hanging from the seling are too low please fix this and manage your workers and I think they avoid the cashier .:(
