Seems they have shifted to kiosk and drive through business as their main business. I was a walk in customer and wanted to pay cash. I had to wait 10 mins trying to get someone to even take order. More than frustrating to see emoyees look at me waiting at the counter but yet not do anything to assist me.

I have not been here for several months. I went back today for something quick. I wasn't please with my purchase my fries weren't fresh out the grease. The 4 pcs nuggets weren't fresh they seem as if they been sitting out for the evening. So, I guess I will be giving this location another beak. No matter what time you go to a mickey d's the food should always be fresh.

Every single item we ordered was cold fries weren't cooked at all soggy cold the chicken nuggets were hard and cold along with the 2 chicken sandwiches that were served old and cold if i were the owner of this location I would be embarrassed and ashamed by what i was serving customers this was by far the worst experience I ever had at any mcdonalds I didn't come thru drive thru late it was 5 o'clock pm and with the price of everything going up the least you can do is cook my food

If you have a cashier that's not trained to take an order properly, then don't put them on the drive-thru. If Blake is working the drive-thru, avoid it at all costs! Four orders were incorrect in the past month, and other cashiers get it correct the first time, every time. His excuse is that "it's McDonald's," but how could that be when every other McDonald's does not have the same problem??? Seems like it's a Blake problem.

Ordered food on app. for pickup at counter. Get there and the lobby is closed and the drive thru line is 10 cars deep. Can't get my food and be back to work on time. Wasted my money and time. Merry Christmas you horrible location!

Every time me or my mother goes we both get food poisoning. Last time I went last week I got a mcdouble combo and immediately I got really bad cramps in my stomach and ended up throwing up the whole meal. Also the line is always unnecessarily long and there's never a full staff and they are extremely slow and some rude and impatient. Lastly, you can tell some employees your order 3 times and they will still manage to get something wrong in the order.

Put order in 1:10 waited curbside 25 minutes. No delivery. Went inside asked about order. Manager went around corner pick up my order. It's been sitting there.Crew discussed who should have brought it to me. Really? Should have checked food while in the store. Coke diluted with ice melt, cold disgusting fries and sandwich for 10.00 now? Not anymore Micky D's!
