the last 5 times i’ve ordered through door dash they forgot my fries… not to mention the night time staff are very rude and unprofessional they close earlier than the time posted, 40 minutes before closing they are only allowing 2 items & only one order per car which is ridiculous… they don’t ever care and good luck trying to call because the line is ALWAYS conveniently busy it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody…. they need new management

The manager was very rude when I asked about the amount of fudge I was given for my sundae. The fudge is also cold. From my previous experiences this is not a traditional amount of fudge. Also my fries were cold.
I agree whit the previous comments about being racist to everyone that isn’t Hispanic. Was given the wrong food I caught the mistake at the window and the young lady that handed the food to use made it seem like the end of the world for her. Her attitude was so rude she made a comment to other employees in Spanish and they all chuckled. Then I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order after 10 minutes we finally received the order and it was cold. They did that on purpose. For some reason this location keeps getting worse

From SC passing through and wanted to get some food, so I stopped in to get a mcrib and let me say this has got to be the worst mcrib ever. Paid $17 for a mcrib meal and a mcrib sandwich And this has to be the worst sandwich ever. Pretty sure this should have some sauce. It is so dry it sucks the moisture out of my mouth with every bite. Want ever make the mistake and stop there again. Night manager probably should be let go if this is what he is ok with sending out.
