I’m extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location. This is the third or fourth time I’ve placed a mobile order and not received what I paid for. I order a large fries, but when I get home, I find a small fries in the bag. I request ketchup, and it’s completely missing. When I customize my order—like adding pickles or extra mayo—it never shows up in the food I receive.
It’s frustrating to consistently pay for items and options I don’t get. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the mistakes keep happening. I’m leaving a one-star review and won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Sometimes they're on it, more often then not you have to wonder if its actually fast food. The staff is kind and apologetic and the food is what you'd expect from McDonald

They act like they don't want to wait on you if you are ordering from the counter. If you are paying with cash it's an inconvenience for them

I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend stopping in to this establishment. I don't use computers and if this is what McDonald's is all about i will not buy for my family at McDonald's again

I have notice when I redeem my points at this particular restaurant. I dont receive as much fries I would if I had paid with money. This is the 3rd time this has happened. DONT REDEEM YOUR POINTS AT THIS RESTAURANT

Used the drive thru. With the meal I ordered a free Apple Pie using points I had. I drove up to the window and was told that a batch of apple pies was just now coming and it would be 5 to 6 minutes until they were ready. I was given the option of waiting, or would I accept a strawberry pie instead. I accepted the replacement pie and was disappointed. But it was better than waiting and all the other food in the order going cold (French fries are only good when hot).

Very alow experience. They seem to only care for drive through, and mobile orders. Half the counter is a warming area for doordash pickups. And the kiosks don't work right.

It's McDonald's right? I've been to some that are amazing and some that are not, this one was ok. It's convenient if you are in any of the neighboring hotels but incredibly frustrating when you use the app to order so everything is written down and ordered well in advance for a pickup... Only to get to your hotel and see that they left out 4 items and DID NOT provide a refund.

Happy with the tote of chocolate chip cookies and a few of the other items. Ordered a filet of fish with EXTRA tartar sauce and instead received LESS than they even normally provide.
I'm guessing sarcasm in physical form?

The new TinyTan toys were released on 9/23, but this location is still handing out the old toys. I didn’t notice until I was home so unfortunately, I couldn’t ask for an exchange.
Also, the sweet and sour sauce was open.
