Absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to in my life. Me and my dad were in town for a concert and stopped to grab a quick bite to eat before going to the show. The staff inside were so rude as soon as we walked in. They left us standing at the counter for 10 mins before telling us we needed to order on the kiosks. We ordered our food and the guy who looked like the manager got an attitude with us when we asked him for our cups. We finally got our food and my big Mac had so much big Mac sauce on it I couldn't finish eating it. My dad's burger was missing bacon and had stuff on it he didn't order. It took them 5 mins to stop and give us ketchup when we asked for it. What made all of this even more irritating was the fact that we were 1 of 2 tables of people in the restaurant and the drive thru had maybe 3-4 cars in line at any given time. We will never stop at this location again just because of the way we were treated by the staff.

This place was the worst McDonalds I ever went to , the lady over the speaker couldn’t hear me well so I spoke a little bit louder but still nice about it, when I pulled up to the window the lady had an attitude with me and when I received my card back she looked at me and said “what do you wanna fight” . I highly recommend no one going to this place. The manager wasn’t even helping the situation , he came to the drive thru window laughing about the situation. In my eyes both of them should be fired!

I have never seen a McDonald's so small. It had two registers and a couple of self-serve areas, but there was no drink or condiments station. Not sure I would go back to that particular location

The guy in the drive through couldn’t really understand me I had to repeat myself about four times before he got it. I ordered two double quarter pounders only ketchup extra salt cook to order. They got it right of course but I guess to them cook to order means throw the top patty on the stove and burn it to rock because that’s what I got.

Food was ok, but when I got home I found that they put the wrong items in my bag. Not surprised from this location, and not wasting more of my time to drive back.Looks like the negative reviews from 6 years ago are still accurate ?‍♂️RECOMMENDATION: Drive a little further and go to a different McD location because they obviously don't care to fix the problems here.

I ordered a 1/4 pounder with 3 strips of bacon (which you have to pay extra for and instead got a Big Mac with Extra Pickles and Extra Onions from a completely different order than mine. I also ordered a triple cheeseburger with bacon with no ketchup, no mustard and got no bacon and ketchup and mustard. I paid $21 and didn’t get anything remotely close to what I paid for. Not happy with the service of this location at all.

Food was cold when we received it and staff was slow. Ordered (2) 3 packs of cookies and received (2) plastic containers with 2 cookies in one and a broken half a cookie in the other.

I can go to other fast food chains and get instant service at the register. Not McDonald's. I can't use the k iosk and waiting At the register can take as much as 10 minutes. Then my order is put at the end of the drive thru line which can take another 10 minutes. I went there today because there were no other restaurants. Where I work is a McDonald's, wendys, chick filet and burger King. I can walk to the register in any of these and get instant serviceNo more McDonald's.

Either your times need to be updated or your employees lie. Tried to grab a bite after work Saturday around 1103pm and was told you all close at 11pm. Very frustrating wasting time and gas that late at night.

Stood at counter and was told no staff and a sign. No order takers. I was told I had to use a kiosk. I only had cash. Told me no cash at this location. She then walked off.Worst McDonald's I've ever seen.
