This person mistreated me, he didn't serve me anymore, he treated me badly three times because he didn't know English, I don't recommend him, he's the worst thing that has happened to me in any restaurant.

Never come to this location in the morning time. They will make you wait 25 minutes to come to the speaker to order or make you wait 25 min to tell you to come inside. Once I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes to leave and see all the employees at the 2nd windows and look at you and laugh. Maybe hire better staff that actually want to work instead of employees who make you wait and can't even give out a correct order. I advise anyone in the morning to find a better location than this one.

Service is really slow , I thought the kiosk were there to make their job easier without having to take everyone’s order, but it seems to make it worse in this location. I have gave this location a chance twice, but won’t go ever again. My first experience I had to physically go behind the counter to get someone in order for me to pay , this was after I stood there for 10 minutes and even asked out loud if someone could come to the register. It took 2 different people to help me bc it seems as some employees don’t know what they’re doing. My food was put on the mobile order pick up station and when I asked for sauce I was given attitude. Received my food and items were missing. My second time I went in placed my order on the kiosk bc no one ever seems to be up front. After 10 minutes of me waiting a customer asks another customer how long they’ve been there for and there were there for over an hour. Finally a manger came once she seen people were piling up and asked how long everyone was there for and the people who were there for over an our ended up not getting what they ordered bc “they didn’t have that anymore” . I had placed my order as a dine in and we were told “come up and get it because we don’t have the time for that”. My food was finally done after 30 minutes and it was COLD AND WRONG!

Slow to fill orders inside that were done by us at kiosk. Drinks were part of the meal deal and they didn't bring out to table. We showed our order ticket to staff and all she did was smile and leave? Never came back with drinks. Had to go to counter to get another person to get drinks. Then instead of bringing them to us ...she yelled out " here are the drinks " and set them on the shelf for curbside pick up orders... totally not coming back.

I've given this McDonald's several attempts. But over and over again, I continue to be disappointed. I found it to be very lacking and unprofessional. The employees always look tired and overworked as if they'd rather be anywhere but here! And, unfortunately, the managers do too! Any basic management classes will tell you it trickles down from the management good management leads to Good employees and vice versa. I can only hope one day that I can go through the drive-thru or inside and be greeted by people who actually want to be at their job and people who actually want to give out hot food with fast and friendly service.
