Not sure how you can say your open 24 hours and then be closed when I get there to pick up an order. I get here the staff are sitting there on their phones and saying they are closed even though the sign says open and I was there to pick up an order that should’ve already been ready. I don’t know if they decided to just close early or what but it’s very inconvenient.

Vanessa the manager/employee is terrible, I asked for well done nuggets, when I received the food the fires were cold and the nuggets weren’t well done, she didnt follow any of the request I asked. When I told her the nuggets were wrong she proceeded to tell a worker to get me made to order nuggets that’s not what I asked for. I put in 4 years at a McDonalds location and customer service should be a top priority especially if you care about your job. She should be retrained immediately

2nd time here, still the same bad experience, always same young guy rude and unprofessional, drop everything on the bag, no napkins, no ketchup and don’t even ask for it because he will give you bad aptitude .

This McDonalds was incredibly rude. I understand things happen, but I find it rude to degrade and laugh at your customers for your own incorrect listed hours. We went elsewhere and were much more satisfied and we were treated better.

Every time I come here they put me to the mobile spot. They are never fast and half the time my order is wrong when they give.it to me. Has to be one.of the worst mcdonald's I have ever been too.

I literally just picked up my order through the drive-thru. They had me wait in the drive-thru section because they were busy. They came out and when I started eating my fries there were sections of my fries that were cold like they were uncooked. My fries aren't even brown and crispy like they're supposed to be. They literally look like uncooked potatoes

Tried to get food at 10:30. The app let me order then they turned lights off when I arrived at drive thru. Tried to call but busy. Service was awful. Would not recommend. Whoever runs night shift on Tuesdays should be fired!!!!
Waited at the counter for minutes before anyone even spoke to me. They just walked by.

Stopped by one morning before work (4:30a) expecting to get breakfast only to be told they open at 5a when the door & online clearly says 24hrs.

If I could I would give it a zero this is one of the stops with greyhound a food stop which dont have many of anymore but this mcdonalds qas the worst they were very slow people didn't know what they were doing not being trained correctly or at all and the team that was in there couldn't handle rushes and it wasnt but like 5 people in line and a couple in drive thru but they were taking care of drive thru more then front counter as a worker in past in restaurant you have to be able yo handle multi tasking getting drive thru order bagged as well as front counter and just back and forth from drive thru to front counter I sat there in line over 10 or 15 minutes didn't get to order my food or get anything to eat other wise I would have been left by the greyhound it's ridiculous as much as fast food cost now and horrible service and team members not trained just threw into the mix and told get it done charging people 20 dollars or more for a meal after waiting 20 minutes in line and another 30 on food is ridiculous and this branch owner should be ashamed of him or herself how this store is being run it's obvious all they care about is the money not the customers or the service
