I write this as I pray for a quick deth on the toilet. I've eaten one place and one meal in the past 12 hours, and it was this location. I had a 6 piece nugget and a quarter pounder that was very pink in the middle. I thought it was odd while I was eating it, but I was hungry.Big mistake. Sweat is pouring down my body and I can't stop on both ends.

Put in a mobile order went to pick it up and workers would not give me my order that was already paid for and still refused when I showed a receipt and drive thru code very disappointing experience and did not get a refund which makes me think they steal orders for themselves.

Navaia was very rude while I was talking to the very sweet young gentle man and now she’s screaming IM WEAK AS HELL while im still being very respectful!! And is a child very sad and sickening as I am a former general manager from Atlanta!!! She also touched fries with her hands very disgusting but even sadder to see a young Queen behave in such a manner truly!! And if she gave a false name the light skin young lady working 02/18/24 between 2-2:30pm.

Drive thru service was HORRIBLE lady working the second window was extremely rude over the speaker while placing an order. My child's apple slices were rotten. I ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened tea.... the woman working the window was also unclean and I found some of her fake reddish/pink hair in my bag..

If I could give no stars I would. Drive through lady with the red terrible looking weave was absolutely rude when I pulled up to pick up my order. Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, disgusting food, disgusting atmosphere. Packaging for my child's happy meal was falling apart so food was falling out of the box.
I definitely recommend this McDonald's, it's pretty awesome.

Terrible experience with Hispanic workers. Tried to give me food that got switched with another patron... Refused to remake the order... Ignored me at the counter... Cook got mad, remade the sandwich and threw it to the front... Refused to speak to me in English. It was a horrible experience but once the manager came in, she profusely apologized... Provided a fresh order and I left. The older lady at the drive through was very polite, but the rest of the staff were very rude and combative.

By far this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to it needs to be remodeled or torn down very poor customer service the employees were very rude especially the gentleman who took my order at the counter he needs to be fired and the lobby was dirty definitely will not be coming back to this location ever again. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.
