Drive-thru cashiers need to watch their attitude from talking to customers

This is supposed to be a 24 hour location. On 12/13 at 1am I placed an order through the app. When I got there to pick up the order they told me they weren’t making any orders except DoorDash or Grubhub because they’re weren’t enough people in the kitchen. When I told them that made no sense and if there weren’t enough workers to make McDonald’s app orders then how did they magically have enough workers for Grubhub and DoorDash orders?’She mumbled the same dumb excuse and I went and happily spent my money elsewhere. I won’t be back since now I know of a different location open 24hrs.

Worst experience ever. We ordered thru the mobile app got all sweet tea i walked in becuz i took a sip or my husbands sweet tea cuz he said does this taste funny to u and it did not taste like their normal tea. I go in and the lady was rude to me and I stood there for 10 plus minutes waiting for them to give us our new drinks. Everyone there tonight was not professional everyone was just playing around in the back 🙄 will not go back.

This is a first for me... I had to return to a review and totally give a negative experience review.
1) bad attitude from manager. Not the regular staff mind... The manager. She opens the dining room late almost every morning. Like 15-45 minutes late. If you complain about standing in the cold and wet for half an hour, she deals with it by badmouthing you for daring to be unhappy 2) calling the police on customers for... Laughing... No, you read that correctly, for laughing at her.
The manager, a very unpleasant black female, got enraged and called the police to escort me out for laughing at her. What I found funny was her command that I stop using my laptop. To my knowledge McDonald's has openly encouraged customers to bring their laptops and order lunch or breakfast while working. As a software engineer I greatly appreciate working during my breakfast. I couldn't help but laugh when rudely ordered to pack up because I thought it was a joke...
Apparently it wasn't very funny to her.

Had to wait in line for 20 minutes only 5 people in the drive thru when got to the second window was told to pull into the online pickup order parking spot waited an additional 20 minutes and then had to go inside seems they somehow forgot about my order and never made it had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive order will not come back to this location.
In the middle of eating my sausage egg and cheese bagel, I bit something hard and almost cracked my tooth. I took the food out of my mouth and found this…. I’m not sure what it is but I definitely looks like a piece of rock or something. I will never be eating here again. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I’m extremely disappointed right now. I didn’t even finish my bagel.

I going because there advertising sausage egg McMuffin with a coffee and a hash brown for five dollars. I go in there and they charge me full price. I tell a young lady it’s on the radio and she had a bulletin board on her back saying five dollars and Saved on meal she tells me not our store tries to charge me full price after she realizes that she was wrong, she apologize, but it was too late. I don’t feel like arguing or fighting over Fauls advertisement. If you cannot honor your word, they don’t advertise it. Now I will never eat there again. McDonald’s on some BS. I didn’t go in there to argue early in the morning. The management and the workers Are very unprofessional and they took me out of my character., My experience was horrible! I will not go back to any McDonald’s!
