extremely rude lady interrupted me all I asked was for some ketchup and she cut me off bc she had something to do and I get all the way home and I didnt get the hash browns I ordered. The way she just straight up threw my food into my car was disrespectful. 4am on Thursday ....completely unacceptable this isnt someone making a mistake this is someone being completely unprofessional and need to be fired.

Finally! I went to a McDonald's and received that fast and friendly service they show on TV every day! The food was as hot as you could expect fast food to be, which was a plus, considering the fries are usually the coldest. The cashier was patient and polite as she waited while I changed my mind at the counter a few times. I was very impressed!
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's, so you already know the kids are normally allowed to let loose a little bit.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a Handicap ramp that leads eight up to the entrance.

Very disappointed this morning I ordered on the mobile app order went through it charged my account drove to the location told them my name and my order they told me they did not see my order as I had left my phone at home told them what the order was they would not give me the order told him I would be back drove all the way home to get my phone so I can show them where I made the order only to walk back in the store and see my order sitting on the counter waste of time and gas

My husband and I come to this location all the time. Some times the service is good and sometimes it's bad. My husband likes the caramel iced coffee drinks. He orders them everyday. Yesterday the coffee cup had a crack in it and was coming out the cup. We said nothing about that. This morning he ordered one and at first the coffee was not a caramel iced coffee...it was plain. Second the coffee was pouring out of the cup, once again. We called to get another one but the staff said that we couldn't get another one because it was not their fault. But yes it is. The coffee was wrong and it was spilling from the cup. Like I said before this was a real inconvenience and a waste of our money.

Hear this one! Horrible attitude as she took the order; I said though night, let it go! Then she asks me to pullover and park, then back up to the window when she calls me out to pick up my food! I was so angry I left without food I even left my money behind... The excuse is that I was on a timer and I needed to move my car... slow fast food... Horrible attitude! Never going back.

My mom and my brother just went through drive-thru and have the worst experience. Never going back to this McDonalds. Y’all need to find better people to hire. Please, stand for other people if you see inappropriate behavior from employees, nobody deserves to be treated the way my family did tonight.
