I only visit twice a year, on my Grandmother's birthday and the anniversary of her passing away. She loved the fries, so I get them twice a year and reminisce and think of her.

Would never go back order a mobile order get there they say not available money will return in 2 hours been 2 weeks nothing. Got in touch with the head company they tell me to go there to get my refund go there the little women at the counter barley speak English couldn’t really understand her but she could say very clear that she won’t giving my money back. I very upset but said won’t going there but believe I will never be back won’t up to par on cleaning so happy my stuff was not available just need people who can speak clear English and need better management. Don’t go here I know I will never go back. Rather be hungry

I really don’t like how the manager tried to play me I scanned my coupon and they no sometimes it don’t work but clearly she seen I had a coupon cause I showed her before I used it and what it was for she tried to act Like I chose the wrong store lol so she couldn’t take it they hate giving away free food but in this case it was earned with my money threw the McDonald’s app!!!!!

The workers hardly speak English, and they have a very bad attitude. Tried ordering and told them I’ve a mobile app and they didn’t comprehend. Just a waste of time and effort

Since when does McDonald’s not have access to water?Asking for a small cup of ice water shouldn’t be embarrassing. Even more was being told this after the bank declined my $1.08 transaction. And after having just purchased a meal for $5.I was a paying customer. If only McDonald’s could view my app purchases from the last year. Probably about 43% of my take home salary is spent eating there.Anybody else notice how all of the outlets that were installed 6 years ago so people could charge their devices are all covered up?? This is the 3rd McDonald’s I’ve been in that I noticed that…….Why is @mcdonalds choosing water and electric as cost saving methods???How do they wash dishes or their hands?
