Very shocked at the lack of cleanliness of this location. Every table was dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned. Eventually asked for something to clean a table myself. Food was lukewarm. Restaurant wasn't busy enough for the conditions it was in. There wasn't a wait to order food nor a backup at the drive thru.

As a Dasher they always instruct me to say I'm a Dasher on the speaker.....nobody was answering as I observed the person who should be answering at the front door speaking with a man for 8 minutes. She finally got on the mic after locking up from the man and said "sir we are closed but if u have a door dash u can pull around that loading truck and come to the window"...I was petty and said "dang it's probably cold now"....she said "well u should've just pulled around, who just sits there"....."welle every time I come they tell me to get the speakers first and u wouldn't have been able to help if I pulled around because u were talking to the man outside"...she laughs and says sir u could've pulled right on around but whatever, we Do it this way everynight" and threw me the bag "and laughed and shut the window"

Went in the store with a report card of all A’s. McDonalds gives a kids happy meal. We go in with the report cards and they said that’s not there policy. When if you look it up, it is.

The workers there were completely unprofessional! There were two of them talking extremely dirty at the window and took forever for our food and had attitude problems

This is one of the worst restaurants in the area. Rude slow and the food is always cold. I never get hot fries at this location. Its always soggy. I passed by daily at different times hoping it was just a certain staff issue but its not.

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service. And the food orders are never right it’s a shame that I live right down the street from them, but will avoid them and go halfway across town just to go to another McDonald’s. They really do need to look into the management and see that the people that are running in this place Are actually very immature and should not be in charge of running a business of any kind.

This McDonald’s is easily the best I’ve ever been to. Admittedly, I only have experience with the drive thru, but the staff is always super polite, pleasant, and efficient. The food is always fresh and hot. Far superior to the location on Spring Forest Rd.
Clean restaurant, and ultra-fast service. I used the kiosk to order, which is probably slower than talking to a human, but it was nice to browse the menu I suppose. I was travelling through the area and just needed something quick for breakfast and a dash of caffeine-- so this morning it was just a hashbrown and a coffee. My order was handed to me in less than 2 minute I'd estimate. Quick and easy. Overall, a successful McDonalds visit.

I've gone to this particular McDonalds on multiple occasions simply because it's closer to my residence. Today I went (8/17/24) and ordered a simple plate of hotcakes only and paid close to $5.00. The hotcakes were cold and pale like they were not cooked long enough. I asked for a new order of pancakes cooked longer and hotter. The second order tasted terrible. I'm not sure if the recipe has changed, but you could taste the chemicals in the pancakes....just disgusting ?
Unfortunately, fast food in America has gone to the pits. Mcdonalds used to be good and worth the visit in a pinch. The food quality is horrible and at this point, McDonalds needs to be a restaurant of the past. Just close all the franchises and be done with it! I'm done with Mcdonalds for good!
