Worst McDonalds ever. Friday night 12/12 could not get food waited forever cars lined up and pulling away after giving up. Start over again on staffing. I wish I had known how bad this location is. Will never revisit and really hope you do yourself a favor and fire that manager. Embarrassing

We went through the drive-thru after placing a mobile order at the correct McDonald's location. However, when we arrived, we were told that our order didn’t show up and were accused of placing it at the other McDonald’s down the street. I explained that my phone clearly showed the order was placed at this location, but they insisted the address didn’t match.

I asked to come up to the window to show them my phone. When I did, they still claimed the order was at the wrong location because they couldn’t find the code. I handed my phone to them, and one of the employees whispered to the other, “Make sure it isn’t a screenshot,” with an attitude. After verifying the order was indeed correct, she gave my phone back with a clear attitude and didn’t apologize.

The service was unprofessional and disappointing.

Very shocked at the lack of cleanliness of this location. Every table was dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned. Eventually asked for something to clean a table myself. Food was lukewarm. Restaurant wasn't busy enough for the conditions it was in. There wasn't a wait to order food nor a backup at the drive thru.

As a Dasher they always instruct me to say I'm a Dasher on the speaker.....nobody was answering as I observed the person who should be answering at the front door speaking with a man for 8 minutes. She finally got on the mic after locking up from the man and said "sir we are closed but if u have a door dash u can pull around that loading truck and come to the window"...I was petty and said "dang it's probably cold now"....she said "well u should've just pulled around, who just sits there"....."welle every time I come they tell me to get the speakers first and u wouldn't have been able to help if I pulled around because u were talking to the man outside"...she laughs and says sir u could've pulled right on around but whatever, we Do it this way everynight" and threw me the bag "and laughed and shut the window"
