I’m surprised this place has all the bad reviews ! The 4121 blue ridge road McDonalds in Raleigh is great . My food was fresh , I loved my Big Mac and fries . The staff were all smiling and seemed happy to serve me . I have a older model car and my gps in it isn’t updated . One of them helped me to find where I was going and offered perfect directions . Thank you ! I will definitely return to this McDonald’s

Place is pretty fast and the staff are nice.
My only gripe is that McDonald's charged $1.98 (not sure if it was for 2 cheeseburger or for 1) for a small quarter size big Mac sauce on a cheeseburger, it is so ridiculous, my drink cost less than the small quarter size sauce on my sandwich, smh!

Ordered two spicy McChickens. That's it. Had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes to receive one spicy mcchicken (with for some reason cheese added to it?) and one plain McChicken. Guess this is Trump's America for us.

My order took kind of a long time to make for just a four piece nugget and a large fry and for some reason they both came out cold and I only live two minutes up the street from the McDonald’s and I was baffled by why my fries are ice cold when I got to the house

Provably one of the worst mcdonalds ive been to in a while.
Had to go around 3 times trying to find parking cause they had a construction outside, had to order on window even though the inside was not busy at all.
Young guy on his car on the parkinglot not sure if he was lifeless or just very drugged in his car with the window down.
They messed up my order and did not get me the extra mcchicken for $1 which was why i went there in the first place.
Gave me the soda but no straw. Cold chicken and fries.
I dont even have my receipt to confirm what the hell they charged me for or be able to complain in their site.

Typically a good experience here. Just writing this review to say that whatever woman who was there this morning at the drive thru is just incredibly bad at her job. Can’t tell people hello/good morning or even ask what they want, just says “okay” before then not taking the correct order. Telling people to go to the first window, then waving them to the second window (this happened to the car behind me as well). Very unprofessional from top to bottom, will continue to just come here for lunch I guess.
My card was charged today at 12:07pm and I was no where near this McDonald’s. That last purchase I made at this McDonald’s was on 8/06/2025 at 8:47pm and the amount was for more than the charge that was made today! I do not reside in Raleigh so I do not go often! I’ve made SEVERAL calls but no one answers what sounds like an Apple phone number (weird)! Note I’m having to call my bank to report fraudulent activity!😡 I won’t be returning!

I ordered a steak and egg on a bagel without cheese, or sauce and when I went to eat it there was no egg on it. The person who typed in the order did it right the person making the sandwich didn’t put and egg on it and I got a bagel with steak only you need to read the instructions!!!!!
