I just got a McChicken sandwich at the drive-thru. This is the most flavorless food I’ve ever tasted. The chicken is dry. The bun is stale. This has obviously been sitting out for several hours. Any mayo/sauce that may have been on it dried out a long time ago. Bad by even fast food standards. I am new to the area, and will never ever order from here again. After a couple bites, I threw the rest away. Just awful. 🤮

Super ghetto. Was approached by many people in the parking lot, avoid this location after 8. Every door but one was unlocked.
Edit: This store seriously needs a complete new staff, the drive-through line should never be longer than the whole parking lot
Edit 2: all of these McDonald’s locations off Glenwood are so insanely mismanaged, I worked at one for a while and can confidently identify incompetent leaders that don’t create a work environment that yields productive workers
Edit 3: 2 years later they didn’t even try to mix my McFlurry. So lazy..

I don’t write reviews but I feel this needs to be brought to someone’s attention. I’m constantly having bad experiences with The manager on duty named Zach. He’ll give out old stale food and tell you to get “out of his drive thru” I remain polite and respectful and all I ask is for my food to be made to order. When I ask a question about my order he’s snappy and very rude. All doors to the establishment are locked by 5pm therefore every encounter has to be done through drive thru. I will not be dining with this McDonalds anymore I’d rather save myself the hassle.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!! The McDonald restaurant #15717 on Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh is DISGUSTING!!!! The floor in the entire restaurant is filthy with trash, it is sticky and does not seemed to have been mopped in weeks, none of the tables are clean. The tables either have trash on them or are just plain dirty. None of the chairs or ottomans have been pushed in where they belong. There are people sleeping in the dining area. The staff just walks around on there phone doing nothing. The girl bagging food with super long hair does not wear her hair up or in a hair net and twirls her hair while handling customers food. This restaurant is totally disgusting. It should cIosed and never reopened. I will never return and will be reporting it to McDonald's Headquarters. Their franchisee license should be revovked. DO NOT EAT HERE GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!
