My card was charged today at 12:07pm and I was no where near this McDonald’s. That last purchase I made at this McDonald’s was on 8/06/2025 at 8:47pm and the amount was for more than the charge that was made today! I do not reside in Raleigh so I do not go often! I’ve made SEVERAL calls but no one answers what sounds like an Apple phone number (weird)! Note I’m having to call my bank to report fraudulent activity!😡 I won’t be returning!

I just got a McChicken sandwich at the drive-thru. This is the most flavorless food I’ve ever tasted. The chicken is dry. The bun is stale. This has obviously been sitting out for several hours. Any mayo/sauce that may have been on it dried out a long time ago. Bad by even fast food standards. I am new to the area, and will never ever order from here again. After a couple bites, I threw the rest away. Just awful. 🤮

Super ghetto. Was approached by many people in the parking lot, avoid this location after 8. Every door but one was unlocked.
Edit: This store seriously needs a complete new staff, the drive-through line should never be longer than the whole parking lot
Edit 2: all of these McDonald’s locations off Glenwood are so insanely mismanaged, I worked at one for a while and can confidently identify incompetent leaders that don’t create a work environment that yields productive workers
Edit 3: 2 years later they didn’t even try to mix my McFlurry. So lazy..

I don’t write reviews but I feel this needs to be brought to someone’s attention. I’m constantly having bad experiences with The manager on duty named Zach. He’ll give out old stale food and tell you to get “out of his drive thru” I remain polite and respectful and all I ask is for my food to be made to order. When I ask a question about my order he’s snappy and very rude. All doors to the establishment are locked by 5pm therefore every encounter has to be done through drive thru. I will not be dining with this McDonalds anymore I’d rather save myself the hassle.
