I went through the drive thru. It was Friday Fry Day. I told the order taker my code. You are supposed to get free fries with a 1.00 Purchase. He rang up the large fry and a small fry. Paid 3 times as much for the small fry. That I didn't order. I thought the price was too high. It was!

Shouldn’t have to say this .Everything went smooth until I checked for my sauces . At first I thought it was an accident , until I parked at 10:30pm to go inside & ask for more sauces (correct amount at ordered in McDonald’s app)A women looks at the manager after making eye contact with me & says “ why is he in here” … red flag . Next thing no one helps me until the guy manager comes panicking to assist me , instantly I knew that they had an issue with two of each sauces I got for a 10 piece nugget two large fries & a Big Mac … why .. we’ll because he went straight to the sauces & got them for me without even asking what I needed because he knew exactly why I came inside , & the women (the rude one who made this a problem) came back after walking to the back & said “ is that the one that ordered two of each sauce & continued to mumble” as the manager brought me the bag of sauces .Restaurants are always shortening us for sauces now a days , that’s okay . I’ll pay for it if need be . But her response was not it ! So I truly hope that McDonald’s handles her , because why work at a job & treat people like that . I just wanted to satisfy the family with getting the order correct . I was nice , I was quiet , & just stayed observant without saying what I truly felt .So sad to be that miserable in life & it hurts me for her :/ .The guy manager was not at fault for any of this & I could see he cared .

Went through drive thru. Person taking my order got 2 of my sandwiches ordered wrong. Person at pickup window was rude and didn't say hello or let me know if I had everything. That person literally said nothing. I'm from out of town and will not go back. I worked for McDonald's for over 20 years this was very unacceptable.
