I hate giving bad reviews but I work at this mall and ever time I come here it takes 20 minutes no matter if busy or not! I have bee. Doing mobile order and its worse than just standing in line! I have to literally wait and tell one if the 2 busy workers hey I'm here where's my order? It's never just ready and I already hit button I'm here before left my store! This is absolutely ridiculous how mobile supposed to be quick and easy but not for me! Every time I come here waiting 20 minutes no lie! Idk if it's because I'm in such a hurry or what but come on get it together please.

2.6 stars don’t lie! Don’t EVER order any app options this location has 3 workers for a busy mail rush they attend to walkins and forget many orders especially app orders. I saw the lady clear tons of orders to meet their time restraint but then proceed to ignore smaller orders.

I photographed and recorded what happened to me from racist treatment and the employee’s refusal to give me my order that I requested from the application and she won't even help me to get my money back she said we don't have so your money also will not refunded I will share my experience on the social media with all people to see what I faced with this lady

Working in the mall, this is the McDonald's I always go to, and I usually never have any issues. There was however one time where someone stole my order and when I came to get it they took forever to give me the one or two items I ordered and then I later found out my card was double charged. Then today I was having a lunch break with my boyfriend and I got in line, there was originally someone at that register and when I got to it no one was there, there was a girl(who I originally had a good experience with but the other reviews seem to not), stood there asking if anyone had a mobile order and doing anything but looking at me, not even a glance over, like she was actively avoiding me, I was so fed up after waiting for her to move one a single foot to take my order of just 2 large cokes, when another guy comes up to her and she takes his order, as if I was not just standing and waiting there. I do mobile orders, even if they remember me they should've been able to identify "hey they're at the register let me go see If they need anything", so glad I'm leaving this mall soon, people always show and disappoint eventually.

A black female working as a cashier is so rude to customers screaming to people, she seems like she has anger issues because she would grab her own face furiously like if she’s going to have that actitud in front of customers then what is she doing in front dealing with customers…. I understand it can be frustrating but if that is not for you then what are you doing working in there, but don’t be rude to customers.

Is the worst they have fries that aren't cooked they like soggy and they not supposed to be soggy

Ordered a burger, got a chicken sandwich.

Ordered honey, got honey mustard.

No Napkins, no straw.

At least the fries were good

I have a broken foot so went through the drive-thru. There were two lines and it was packed. I ordered and was told to pull up but food never came. I had to go in and stand on my broken foot for over 10 minutes just to get someone's attention. I didn't even want the food then. Unbelievably bad service. The people who work there were at the back and when they walk by you they deliberately avoided eye contact. No one apologized. No one offered anything extra. Nothing. The whole event took over half an hour.

They need a screen like all other McDonald's so people can see when their order is ready so the employees aren't trying to to yell over all the noise.

It should NOT take 25 minutes to get 2 plain burgers, 2 plain McChickens and a happy meal!! Absolutely ridiculous!

I give a zero I went through drive thru placed order was given the wrong order took it back told them my order again. Given the wrong food again. I will never return to this place again. Many of bad experiences with this restaurant can’t believe how they run this establishment.
