I give a zero I went through drive thru placed order was given the wrong order took it back told them my order again. Given the wrong food again. I will never return to this place again. Many of bad experiences with this restaurant can’t believe how they run this establishment.

Went here a few weeks ago. Initially my order was taken incorrectly. I went back inside where Ms. Toy replaced my order with no question. She was very pleasant and corrected everything.

I don’t ever write a review. Manager seems changed and had really 3 straight bad experiences at this location.1. Ordered ice cream and she just said “we don’t have ice cream”. I questioned, “no ice cream?” She said “we don’t have ice cream”. I said “you mean you don’t carry ice cream no more or you’re out of it?” She said same thing again “we don’t have ice cream”. Seems like she was playing with me and very rude.2. Ordered mc morning at 10:15am and they said there is no morning menu at this location. Isn’t McDonal’s have morning menu until 11am? They thought I ordered Big mac meal so I asked for refund (asked refund except coffee since I drank while wait for my order). She refunded $6 in cash. I paid w/ my apple pay and paid $9.19. Is Mc coffee $3.19? Almost same as Starbucks? I didn’t want to bother so I just left.3. Waited fries for long long time. Rude ice cream lady was here again with ignorant attitude.

Ordered an ice cream in the app. When I arrived manager said the ice cream machine was broken but, I would get a refund automatically after 24 hours.The app FAQ makes clear that when you order something it’s paid for immediately upon submitting the order, so clearly the manager was lying and just trying to get me to leave. When I asked for a refund the manager said a refund was not possible. Another lie, as after I showed them the FAQ page that made clear a refund could be provided at the store where the order was set for pickup they relented and provided me a refund.So to review the manager lied to me to get me to leave, denied they were able provide a refund, and finally relented after I showed them on the McDonald’s website that what the manager was saying was a lie.Quality people working here.

Twice my wife's fries were burnt and each time we said something about it they just gave us burnt fries to replace them.

Went through the drive-trhu, ordered a chocolate shake when handed to me the lid was not put on properly and it spilles all over my car, when I get home realize my fries are cold from sittin 10 minutes un the frive way cleaning said spilled drink and no sauce was in my bag.

There is a reason this McDonald's has 1 star. Management and employees are well below par. Truly have never had a good experience here. Try to avoid if you can there is better one 5 minutes up the road.

Is zero stars was an option I would have chosen it. The young lady at the drive-through thought. It was funny to mark a speech impediment that a friend of mine had, and refused to take our order because of it. I tried to call several times, and was ignored and hung up on. Avoid this place at all cost if you have any concern about your families, health hygiene, or mental sanity from dealing with these less than employees

It’s Sunday 6/4/23, I’ll be calling to speak with corporate tomorrow but still wanted to leave the review this place deserves. The big guy with the over sized blue collar shirt that wasn’t ironed or tucked in was rude as he!!. I gave my code at the window to receive a free fry with my Big Macs & when I got to the window I was handed a bag with 2 burgers. I said hey my fries aren’t in here & he said very rudely well you didn’t order any look at your receipt. I wasn’t even given a receipt at the first window to look at but I know what I ordered & still had the code on my phone. After this I didn’t want anything else from there so I said don’t even worry about it only to get to the gas station down the road and find out my Big Macs didn’t even have cheese. These people need to be trained on hospitality, customer service & how to properly make one of y’all’s signature burgers & big collar shirt needs to be fired!! This is one McDonalds I wouldn’t return to if I was starving and it was free! Good customer service will take you a long way.

I was door dashing the lady shut the store down 10mins before closing had to cancel my customers order when she had time to make the food for me smh it was 5/31/2023 at 850pm
