They never have milkshakes, or they put them out of order so they don't have to make them. The last time I went, my takeout order was missing the fries, and the place is always very dirty.

One of the worst locations in Raleigh…employees are rude and you always have to double check your order because if you don’t trust me, they will mess it up. I literally waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken biscuits.🤦🏻♀️

People working are great here. One employee helped me carry my order to my car since I was handicapped. The process to order has become 100% profit driven for them. The kiosk they installed do not speed up anything at all but it does eliminate employees to pay. I am not an employee with McDs and should NEVER be required to act as such. If they wish to give me a 10% or 20% discount maybe because my labor and time to do the labor is not free regardless of what these companies think.

Today I picked up a breakfast order around 9ish AM. I was waiting in my car and the guy who came out to give me my order walked up and did the McDonald’s “ba da bop bop bop” tune and honestly, made my day. Customer service is a lost art. He was friendly, precise and professional. I hope he and the manager read this so they realize that people still value the little things and how they make them feel.

I ordered a small fry and large sprite, I stood around for 20 minutes, mind you this was going to be a quick stop just for these fries however since it was taking way to long, I went behind the counter and grabbed my cup and filled it up and just left, none of the staff even realized that I did that cause they were busy watching tiktok’s and making jokes with each other rather than actually getting anything done, all the Raleigh locals know this is the spot to stay away from, anyone who lives or works in the triangle knows that the only good McDonalds in the area are the ones in Morrisville and the Raleigh locations are not worth stopping by.

They rather rudely refused to serve me unless I paid with cash or used the mobile app. I feel deeply hurt by this and frustrated. Never coming to this location again!
