On September 6, we used the drive-thru and received a Happy Meal with very dark brown fries and overcooked nuggets. When we raised the issue, the team member spoke with a manager and we were told, “It’s just the oil.” I filed a complaint and was contacted by Ernie from corporate, who apologized and sent coupons, asking us to give this location another chance.

Three weeks later September 29th, we tried again: ordered a McNuggets Happy Meal and a McFlurry. We were told—again—no ice cream (we’ve heard “waiting on parts/repairs” for over a year). The Happy Meal again had dark fries and overcooked nuggets. When we showed the food, Miesha said, “It’s just the oil,” and handed out a replacement without confirming quality. We went inside and spoke with another Manager Crystal, who repeated, “It’s the oil.” We requested—and received—a refund.

We genuinely tried to give this restaurant another chance, but the food quality, fryer oil/maintenance, and service remain below McDonald’s standards. If the ice cream machine is down long-term, please remove those items from the menu until fixed. Based on consistent issues and similar public feedback, I recommend corporate intervention ASAP and retraining at this location.

I routinely go to this location for a large diet coke. Every.single.time I go to the drive thru, I'm always greeted with such politeness and the treatment received is far better than that of the Chick-fil-A that is nearby. Really appreciate the drive thru team, thank you!!!

Fries are good, but ordered a large fries and it seems like they only gave the same amount as the medium fries I ordered. So if you go here, check your food to make sure it’s right.

Today I picked up an order in this store and the attitude of serving through the microphone or the self-service was terrible and when I got to the window he didn't even ask or told me that in a moment my order would come out but instead he started chatting on his phone and he never answered me anyway, that he has people who want to serve customers instead of answering his cell phone

This McDonald's service is the worst. First thing this morning at 9am they had a staff of of atleast 8 and the cashier was just looking like she couldn't help we had 6 people in lone like what's going on I waited literally 15 minutes until a cashier came up and she wasn't even the cashier she was the cook. Then came 150 am as it supposed to be 24 hrs and no one at the drive thru please get better staff because yall McDonald's ain't working

HUGE NOTE: I think I did a review of here, their main issues are inconsistent hiring/performance, but for the most part they were acceptable for a Mcdonald location. NOW, not the case AT ALL. Went there, no one there, two guys working the night shift alone which isn't unusual. Except they aren't really wearing proper uniform, having bags and stuff all over, and don't seem experienced or trained well at all. They're struggling to get my drink made, fumbling around, talking to themselves like they're high or something.

5 minutes go by and there's 4+ cars behind me already, and he tells me to go around to spot #1. I wait probably like 10 minutes as they struggle to get even one order to the people at the window, which I can see through the other side of the building through a window. They eventually bring me my order, it's completely wrong and excluded the happy meal I ordered, so I give it back, but he seems oblivious to what my mobile order even is and has to look at my phone.

He brings it back a few minutes later, the line of cars is now 6+ long, they can't even get one order done in 5 - 8 minutes, when usually they'd do a few in that timeframe easily. Now, I don't exclusively blame these two guys, and the third that was on break just before closing time for some reason. I blame the building owner, the managers, whoever thought it'd work out that night to meet that 11 PM quota, with guys who are obviously new to the job and are struggling like hell without any supervisor or experienced crew member.

I got enough of my order right to just leave, they still got my order wrong, but I got 90% of what I wanted, plus extra stuff I didn't want at first, which is funny to me. Again, shame on the people who manage that location, you might as well close it if you can't even meet that 11 PM closing time, close at 9 PM for all I care, if you don't have the people needed to maintain the location to some basic minimal standard.

This is possibly the worst service McDonald’s in the country. They will make you wait and still screw your order up. Don’t believe me? Just pull up to the drive through. Not sure who is franchise owner but this place is a disgrace
