This location stole my money and gave us a sad excuse for food. Never got the 2 most expensive things on my mobile order and the rest of my food was cold and no way to report the problem of items missing from my order on the mobile app.

I had placed a curbside order and waited for 30 mins, so I went to the drive-through to see what was going on. Never once did I have an attitude or was rude, and the young lady working the window was extremely rude. Have they just told me they were short staffed and that’s why there was delay I would’ve had no problem waiting. But she had an an attitude and was rude, talked over me, walked away while I was talking and never apologized for the inconvenience and pretty much just blamed me. Please train your staff on customer service

I'm currently on 30 minutes in a curbside spot. Called because app said I got the food. I did NOT get my food. They put that about 5 minutes into my wait. I'm currently on minute 32 of my wait.

I have been going here quite a lot since we moved here. The food was great the staff were friendly and got orders correct. Now recently, this has not been the case, they have messed up our orders every time and the last time I went, I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes and didn’t even get served. They have been going downhill, not sure if they just recently replaced a bunch of people or not but it’s definitely not what it used to be and my orders are always coming out wrong, such as today, I ask for a coke and instead I get a Diet Coke…

I was there today in drive thru this morning at 10:30 . The little girl with the red burgundy braids , they need to take her out of drive thru with that funky attitude ! It pays nothin to be a little nicer . You don’t like customers FIND ANOTHER JOB TO DO ! Hopefully nobody snatches her out that window by then.

Service was well as usual (drivethru), wait time minimal, food great, prices were less than ideal (the price was not reflective in rating i gave because increased prices are due to national inflation and not due to McDonald's location itself, but for the love of pete can we go a different direction for the next 4 years, we've given the last 4 years a fair shake at it.)

I waited on a curbside pickup for over 10 minutes and when I went in and politely explained why I wanted my cold food remade I watched the kitchen including the manger complain, rebagged my cold food, and then try to feed me some excuses as to why the food didn’t get to me in a timely manner. Super professional stuff here.
