Consistently extremely slow service. Rude staff that doesn't even speak to you when you pick up your order, let alone apologize for the 15 minutes it took to go through drive through. Countless times of getting the wrong soda. I give up...and should have a long time ago.

I usually love going there. But tonight I went and got my usual order of a spicy chicken and a 6 dollar double cheeseburger meal. I ask if they gave me some ranch and was yes. She did not and I did not even get my nuggets . I tried to call twice the person answered and then hung up on me .

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I’ve been here multiple times over the last month and a half and every time I have to wait over 25 mins for my two basic meals and every time they forget something in my order. They need to fire everyone in there and close it. Absolutely ridiculous. I thought this was supposed to be fast food? There’s nothing fast about it. They make you park and wait 25+ minutes after you pay just so they can screw you. And y’all want $25/hr? I’d rather have machines do your jobs.

This location stole my money and gave us a sad excuse for food. Never got the 2 most expensive things on my mobile order and the rest of my food was cold and no way to report the problem of items missing from my order on the mobile app.

I had placed a curbside order and waited for 30 mins, so I went to the drive-through to see what was going on. Never once did I have an attitude or was rude, and the young lady working the window was extremely rude. Have they just told me they were short staffed and that’s why there was delay I would’ve had no problem waiting. But she had an an attitude and was rude, talked over me, walked away while I was talking and never apologized for the inconvenience and pretty much just blamed me. Please train your staff on customer service

I'm currently on 30 minutes in a curbside spot. Called because app said I got the food. I did NOT get my food. They put that about 5 minutes into my wait. I'm currently on minute 32 of my wait.

I have been going here quite a lot since we moved here. The food was great the staff were friendly and got orders correct. Now recently, this has not been the case, they have messed up our orders every time and the last time I went, I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes and didn’t even get served. They have been going downhill, not sure if they just recently replaced a bunch of people or not but it’s definitely not what it used to be and my orders are always coming out wrong, such as today, I ask for a coke and instead I get a Diet Coke…
