A lovely young woman this morning offered to make a fresh pot of decaf for me. She then brought it to my table. Great customer service. I hope her boss knows who she is so he/she can praise her. 2/23 around 10:15 a.m.

The WORST customer service experience I’ve had. I don’t expect much seeing as it’s a McDonald’s but I would atleast expect for the drive thru boy to do his job. Gave my mom the wrong pie and then was nonchalant and out of pocket speaking to her when she came back to get the correct pie. I hope to see better trained customer-oriented individuals placed at the window if we return to this location in the future.

Let me get this straight. I order the quintessential McDonald's meal. A medium Big Mac combo. I pay. And then I am told to park my car out of the way and wait for 15 minutes.Go anywhere else. It will be cheaper and quicker.

Poor services from the Hispanic managers(male and female) that were there this morning between the hours of 9am-12. I’m using their race because I didn’t get their names. However they gave me the hardest time giving me a refund. The food had trash in it. The male Hispanic manger just mad because months ago he was flirting with me and I didn’t give him the time of day. He left the drive thru window to come outside flirting begging me to take his number. But still he didn’t have to be rude. I asked them both to refund the money to a McDonald’s card. They would not do that!! They both gave me the hardest time. They could have given me my refund this one time without my receipt. So I refused to let them try to serve me so something else. I thought i threw my receipt away so i went thru the garbage can, thankfully only my trash was in there. It wasn’t in there. However, they just saw me come in to purchase the nasty breakfast but gave me the hardest time for a refund of $7.23 Such poor management services. Some customers left bc of how rude and nasty the guy was. i will post the picture soon.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I understand it’s fast food, but it doesn’t need to be old food! I ordered at 6pm on 12/8. Buns to mchickens and to big Mac weren’t way overtoasted as if it had sat under a heater for far too long, you can see the dark color of the bun. The inside of the Big Mac was purely soggy lettuce and middle bun from sitting so long. Mchickens just old and had been sitting in the warmer as well forever. Unfortunately the fries couldn’t even be served with salt most likely it came off when they reheated the fries. Gross.

Might actually be the slowest McDonald's I have ever seen. Couldn't even order just a large drink inside. Either go all robuts or none at all. I for one welcome the robut workers if this how terrible at basic unskilled labor humans have gotten.

I am very disappointed with this McDonald's. I ordered 3 Big Macs and 4 large fries, 2 McFlurries and 2 apple pies. First of all, I would just like to say that their ice cream machine NEVER WORKS. When I pulled up to the drive thru window a tall black man told me the ice cream machine was broken. I didn't believe him. This was at twelve in the afternoon, so I doubted the ice cream machine was actually broken. I was very upset at this, because I really wanted those McFlurries. This was in August when it was as hot as the desert outside, so it was disappointing news when the man told me the ice cream machine was broken and I wouldn't get my McFlurries. I said okay that's fine I guess I can go without them then. He said okay and then I paid and pulled up to the next window to get my food. I rolled my window down, and as soon as I did, the employee threw the food into my car without a care! I just stared at her with disbelief. I was reaching out my hand to grab the food, but she just ignored it and launched the bag of food into my car. Food spilled all over my car, leaving stains on my seat and on the carpet. I am never going to this McDonald's again.

If I could temporarily rate this location zero stars I would. After a change in route for my commute I began going to this McDonald's in the morning for breakfast. I have been many times in the last few months. I have walked out or driven away several. I don't know if they are having staffing issues Right now, but it is very consistently, the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. You will wait minutes in the drive-through before someone says anything, and if you go inside and stand in line, you will likely not get an employee at the cash register.Earlier this week I went inside and after waiting in line for a few minutes, I asked somebody in the back whether or not someone was going to work the cash register and their answer was, we do not take orders at the cash register you have to use the kioskHopefully this is a temporary situation, but for right now I recommend you go somewhere else
