Biscuit was not fully cooked, steak was old and chewy. The staff was excellent tho so that's why I didn't go back and complain about the food
They microwave burgers… this location needs an overhaul from the team members to the GM. Everyone should be fired.
I never leave reviews but I have given this McDonalds several chances, hoping maybe the staff turn over is high enough I don’t have to worry about the rude people I encounter everytime. The lady who normally works the drive through window on week days, she’s nasty. Never patient, kind, or friendly. Once time I asked her for ketchup and she closed the window in my face, I sat there for several minutes waiting, she never turned back around towards me. When she takes payments, she sticks the card reader out of the window instead of taking the card, you can’t see where to put the card if you are in a low car and she gets annoyed if it takes you too long. And every time I have asked for ketchup, and I was acknowledged, I get one packet… does McDonald’s give their employees bonuses for not giving away the ketchup? Because the guard it like a dwindling resource.
I try not to leave many negative reviews cause everyone has a bad day but the fact that every and I mean no less than every time I’ve ordered from this location, something is wrong. It doesn’t matter if you order through the app, drive through, or even inside. Missing items, incorrectly placed items but charged for more, not removing items (ie pickles), extremely long wait times and the WORST customer service I’ve experienced. Even when approaching very respectfully about a mistaken order, you’re met with hostility and defensiveness. Whomever owns this franchise needs a serious overhaul or this location will (hopefully) be shut down soon.
It's probably me, but since they put the kiosks in there is no one up front to ask questions. No one comes out except to bring out an order. Thought I was doing a good thing walking in and guess I will just do drive thru next time. So sad how humans aren't needed anymore, but they are more than you think!

Took 25 minutes to acknowledge me at the window after I placed an online order and then tells me that they’re closed and can’t make the order, awful customer service each and every time I go here, especially from the shift team tonight, a bunch of incompetent morons

Tried to order at kiosk - needed to use 2 dif cards to pay - i scan 1rst card it takes 8.50 leaving bout 2$ - but wont allow to use 2nd card - i cancelled order - mcdonalds kept my 8.50 and about 2000 pts - i got no food nor refund - they are thieves

I came around 9:40pm about 3 days ago. It was three to four people working. All of them were rude and unprofessional. The girl handed me my drink with her hand over it. I said thank you and spoke and was ignored by the two I did speak with. They all have poor customer service and you can tell they only do this for a check. Will not come back to this establishment .
Food was great and great service.
I just pulled off the young female taking orders is so rude on the mic and I refuse to spend my money somewhere where they don’t respect the customers and that’s her second time!!!
Orders are wrong every single time. Do yourself a favor and ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. Constant issues.
five hours I had to wait for my food is gas but I had to wait super super long for my food and the workers are super meanies
