I have gone here a lot of times. To be honest 80% of the time they forget something and when i tell them that they forgot something is either they say they didn't or they get mad about it and give me my food in a rude way. When they forget the stuff and i tell them that they forgot something even sometimes they say they didn't i wouldn't mind it if it wasn't fof the fact that i paid for it. If i could give 0 stars for the service i would. I wonder if every McDonald's around here was like that and no. This is the worst one out of them all.

The workers don't greet you or say anything after they give you your food. You never know when to drive away because they don't acknowledge when they are done handing you your food. Consistently get the orders wrong but have too much attitude to do anything. We have given this McDonald's so many chances and they have disappointed us everytime. We will drive the extra distance for better service elsewhere from now on.

Went at 9:30pm on a Monday after the movie. Nobody answered the intercom. We pulled around and nobody was in the store. Abandoned their posts and the web says open until 11 pm. We left. Will never go back. 7/14/2025

Iam so disgusted with this McDonald’s on 2900 Wakefield pines Dr wake forest 27587. I ordered breakfast this morning through the app go to get my food they tell me they don’t have it . My order did not go through and speak to manager. Spoke to manager rude telling me I ordered from different place I showed them my phone I order from here all the time . I never got my refund of $10 . Call main office still have not heard from them . I’m going to make a phone call to better business bureau because they are using wake forest zip this is not wake forest so they better get their location right this is Wakefield . Wake forest is in the total opposite direction. Will never go here or any McDonald’s again they just lost a good customer. Bk is where I’m going never have a problem with them

Pretty good experience here with the family. Absolutely dead on a Sunday so nearly had the place to ourselves. Great looking restaurant inside and out. Atmosphere was 9/10. Prices were reasonable and the food was decent. Brisket was 8/10 and the sausage was on point 10/10. The pulled pork served here tasted similar to Raleigh's award winning spot The Pit. 9/10 My boy ordered ribs and really liked them. Sides were pretty good too but wasn't a fan of the gruyere mac n cheese. Wish I tried something else. The young bartender that took our order was misguided in telling my wife that chopped BBQ and pulled pork were the same thing. We both kinda laughed it off on the way home though. 🤪 Nice guy though. Would go back if we're in downtown Durham.

I took my children to go get some chicken nuggets and french fries both of their french fries were barely full and they were short a chicken nugget each Their meals the lady on the speaker was yelling for someone to get a finger to clear her screen I guess, and the man at the Food window I asked him to make sure that there was ranch in the bag for the children, and he threw a handful of ranch in there and threw the bag at me and mumbled something under his breath as he closed the window The service here is very disrespectful very cheap. The chicken nuggets were soggy. The fries were half full. I will never eat her again.
Food was alright, atmosphere was cool, but the service, they don’t even deserve the one star that I gave, very loud and rude, and shouldn’t be talking about there personal to the point that we all who are in this establishment are able to hear them very clearly, I will not come to this McDonald’s again!!

Took 15 minutes for 3 items. Ordered a plain McChicken and of course when we got home it was loaded with lettuce and mayo. This location is awful. I'll drive to Stadium drive or Heritage from now on even though this location is 3 mins from home.

Biscuit was not fully cooked, steak was old and chewy. The staff was excellent tho so that's why I didn't go back and complain about the food
